@ZOS_JessicaFolsom totally unrelated question, but i noticed that my characters have a sad face expression (lips curved down) whenever i hit log out. No personalities used. Is it a new feature?
You really don't. It's awful.
Unequipping the staff only stops it until you equip it again. Relogging only works until you use some skills with the staff again. So yeah, totally messed up.
Also, multiple guildies have told me they experience it as well, so it's not an isolated glitch.
i am a templar using a restro staff.
i dont have this "problem"
Let me guess... not an Altmer?

We've read the feedback in that thread. We'll take learnings from it into consideration for future costume designs.

That's a bug - albeit a sometimes funny one, but still a bug.
So this week at work a guy came over to report that the printer wasn't working. Making the printers work again is something I do so I went to take a look at it. They had the thing pulled out from the wall and were looking at it all over, and they had tried plugging it into different outlets, pushing all the buttons, everything.
I leaned over, located the power switch, and clicked it to ON. Then I went back to my desk.
Two days later a different guy came to report that the printer wasn't working. I looked at it, found the thing on the screen that says "Load Paper," opened the paper tray, loaded the paper, and went back to my desk.
It took me longer to walk to the printer than it did to "fix" it, but sometimes I still think they don't pay me enough.
Anyway I hope your IT people are as good at their jobs as I am.

Just made another because I don't know what to do with myself while the servers are down! AHH!
Since we are calling some cosmetic bugs out, I'll repost this pic:
The Breton outfits (first and third) still use a deformed male torso instead of a female torso, which leads to... Well, that. Outfits on the second and fourth pics are looking right, and therefore being used as comparison.
If you are not seeing it, the problem is that the character ends up with one big breast and no separation between them. It is like if their stern bone moved forward.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
I've been having quite a fine saturday so far, washed my dog, took a nap, bought my Yerba Mate - oh yes, this is a real thing here in Argentina - and right now i'm drinking "mates" - because we dont make an infusion with it, we just throw it into a recipient called "mate" and drink it with a kindof special-straw made for "mates" -, listenin some music while reading the forums a bit..
It's nice of you to ask, thank you. Hope you have a good day too when you're done working, heh..

I have noticed all my femaly busty toons (chest size to max) have their goods shrink nearly 75% when I put the seducer costume. Even so, their goods looks a plain male chest instead of a very well rounded pair in there.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
My Saturday is going pretty well. A little tired, just returned to the game two days ago. Server went down. Saw a comment about the crowns being on sale. Brought 5500 crowns. So the server going down ended up making you more money.
Well played, well played.
Bought two packs of the 5500 crowns yesterday, created another character, was going to buy more crowns today to max out bag space and mount. Decided not to since the server is down I didn't know if they would show up in the game, will wait and decide if I'm going to buy any once the server comes back up.

Not just resto staves - un-resto staves do that too. At 1st it bothered me a bit, but now i'm kinda used to it. It would not bother me at all if it was fixed, though.

This is caused by the un-morphed version of Solar Flare.
If you morph it to Dark Flare it won't happen anymore.
Has been an issue FOREVER.
Maybe Jessica will notice and pass it along.
