How much would you sell your bound gear to teammates?

Given at the end of the day no matter how rare the item is, if you don't need it and you don't sell it to your teammate its value is almost equal zero.
I feel like there should be an agreed upon standard.

I figure since we're all working together to get through the dungeon and they're putting as much effort into it as I am then they've earned it if they need or want it.

I already don't sell things I can trade, if I know I don't need it I just pop them in the guild bank if nobody in my immediate group has need of it.
Yes, this does mean I am usually broke. But I get so much more than gold from it, so why would I care about my bank balance? Why be normal when you can be better?
