    Hey guys, I'm sorry to see the update has not helped. Can you let me know if you're still getting the same error, or has it changed. Please continue to submit (or update) tickets including your host.developer files.

    It is worse @ZOS_DaryaK . It is not just that it didn't help! I fixed my game last night by trading pieces of the download with other players... But now it is failing to update. It tops at 8Mbs, gives the same error as before and nothing we do will fix it. Do I have to go beg my friends to upload the part 1 of this patch so I can download it directly or will ZOS actually do that for us this time?

    @Alexandros_Glendale sry but i dont have those files any more, once you have all the files downloaded the launcher unzip them

    This is happening to me at 25% , says 8mb left. Sorry I tried reading this thread, sadly I suck at understanding. It would be nice if the support team could update the forum with an official fix or something.

    Maybe a FTP or some direct download method so we can select the part we are missing. Its really a mess. And now, after all the effort and time that @Grao @Out1s @Mongoaurelio and @Skoll15 take for uploading their files its for nothing, because after the update the files name changes and now they are called depot1_-to151.z. They will never match with the ones we download yesterday. Again another day lost downloading the full game all over again.

    I have already submit a ticket, with several updates and attachments, but no answers yet.

    Nope, 4rth attempt to download depot_150to151.z01... Failed.

    Guess I go beg my friends not hated by ZO$ to upload me the file. >.<

    Sorry I can't help with the other files :( as mentioned, the files I used will no longer be compatible today... :(

    It seems that we'll start trading new parts.. my conection is so slow, I couldnt upload anything in time, now my download its at 10% (almost 11%) ... Im in EU server, maybe, just maybe, I can get the 1 part correct and share it...

    Edited: My files are called "depot_99to100"...

    If I do.. I'll save the file and upload it at the moment I get it..

    @ZOS_DaryaK its simple, we need a FTP, Torrent, Direct Download, whatever it is, because, we all need diferent files, the launcher "cut" some files and dont download them, even if you delete what whas downloaded and try again, rename them and try again, download a litte and overwrite with the almos downloaded file, there is a problem with the comunication between the launcher and the server, we trade files and it work, so, the problem is between the launcher and the server.

    @ZOS_DaryaK if we make a list of what is missing can we get them? or what we do? already have ticket with diferent host.developer from a week ago and ive 0 answer, nothing!!!!
    myself, @Grao, @Skoll15 and the other guys, without even knowing how this work, in a few hour figure out the problem and the quickest solution!!!!!!!!!
    MAKE SOME MANUAL PATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had this problem twice and both times i could manage to finish the update by doing this:
    1. Set my ip as DMZ on router config
    2. Add google DNS on router config (primmary : 8.8.8.8; secondary: 8.8.4.4)
    3. Reboot computer and run launcher as adm

    The launcher will verify the downloaded content and finish the missing data, what was about 8mb for me.

    Im not an expert and i dont really know why it worked, but thats what solve my problem.

    Oh @ZOS_DaryaK, I know you've been trying to help here, and so far you are the only Support member that have had the decency to come and try to find a way to fix this.. And I thank you for it.

    But the problem here is that every thread you read about this, every support guy comes and say the same:

    "Open a ticket with your game consultant and host.developer.log file please, wait for a response from. The support team."

    And I could go on with all the possible fixes that have been thrown at us...

    NONE OF THIS FIXES F.UCKING WORK FOR ANY OF US, THIS IS A PROBLEM ON YOUR END, NOT OUR END, YOUR SERVERS.

    That's it, I really hope you can get a REAL, fix to all of us who PAID for a game and a SERVICE that YOU are offering to us, which until now have been, the most and first, MEDIOCRE service I have experienced.

    And realise your service is so laughable, that we, your customers had to find a way to solve YOUR own problems.

    For the ones who wanna try this out:

    The DMZ is configured typing your ip in the web browser.

    Type the user and password (default is "admin" for both blanks)

    Click Forwarding, then DMZ

    There should be the options for enable and disable..

    And in the blank type your IP again..

    I dont understand. It seems that dropped everything correctly, the report file does not indicate errors but to 99%, missing 36MB, gives error "realiable source serving corrupt data"

    Sorry if I'm being annoying but are they working on fixing the updater? Or am I suppose to fix it with the help of the other players here, cause I really really don't understand anything about DMZ(?) and the corrupted files, and I know that if I start doing these things I'm going to mess up big time. :#

    more like not happening right now >.< my friend forgot to make a backup copy of the file to upload and his patcher finished installing which interrupted the upload... T__T
