It seems that we'll start trading new parts.. my conection is so slow, I couldnt upload anything in time, now my download its at 10% (almost 11%) ... Im in EU server, maybe, just maybe, I can get the 1 part correct and share it...
Edited: My files are called "depot_99to100"...
If I do.. I'll save the file and upload it at the moment I get it..

I had this problem twice and both times i could manage to finish the update by doing this:
1. Set my ip as DMZ on router config
2. Add google DNS on router config (primmary : 8.8.8.8; secondary: 8.8.4.4)
3. Reboot computer and run launcher as adm
The launcher will verify the downloaded content and finish the missing data, what was about 8mb for me.
Im not an expert and i dont really know why it worked, but thats what solve my problem.

Oh @ZOS_DaryaK, I know you've been trying to help here, and so far you are the only Support member that have had the decency to come and try to find a way to fix this.. And I thank you for it.
But the problem here is that every thread you read about this, every support guy comes and say the same:
"Open a ticket with your game consultant and host.developer.log file please, wait for a response from. The support team."
Or: "Please pause the download, cancel it and run a repair" Or "Please open X port, disable your firewall and antivirus, make an exception for the ESO folder"....
And I could go on with all the possible fixes that have been thrown at us...
NONE OF THIS FIXES F.UCKING WORK FOR ANY OF US, THIS IS A PROBLEM ON YOUR END, NOT OUR END, YOUR SERVERS.
That's it, I really hope you can get a REAL, fix to all of us who PAID for a game and a SERVICE that YOU are offering to us, which until now have been, the most and first, MEDIOCRE service I have experienced.
And realise your service is so laughable, that we, your customers had to find a way to solve YOUR own problems.

And again, thank you for trying to help @ZOS_DaryaK, this is not directed towards you don't take it personal, I know this is not your fault, but I hope the people ^^ up there(if you know what I mean) can read it and realise they have a big problem going... For quite some time now.
