Why do you think this is happening to us, and only us? We all are downloading from the same servers, if there is something wrong with our files why a full reinstall doesn't work?

It may help to completely Uninstall and/or delete the partial downloads, any Zenimax Online folders and files in Program Files (x86) as well as clearing Temp Folders. Empty the Recycle Bin and reboot.

Download a fresh copy of the game installer: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/login. Save the installer to a known location. ESO Support suggests temporarily disabling local firewall/anti-virus apps. (Remember to re-enable them when ESO Client install completes).

Run the fresh copy of the game installer (using Run as Adminstrator).

This is happening to me, on two different computers and two different operating systems. It happens when there is 12MB to go on both. What's going on and why?

Its a issue with file locations. Look at the logs:

Finally... STUCK AT 12mb... need depot 1 and 2.... FML

I'm having the same issue here, it appeared after downloading today's update. Gets stuck at 8 mb.
Has anyone been able to solve this?

(Though I know a friend from here too that was able to download the patch without problems)

Solved issue

Conected with my phone and used shared WIFI services. Its a damn ISP issue

@ZOS_DaryaK there are, at least, 10 people from Argentina in this post with the exactly same issue. Seems like some of your CDN locations are serving corrupted files, i could provide a traceroute if that helps you to locate the CDN's nodes with problems.
