✭I'll just add my voice to this. Grabbed it early, sadly without waiting to see it in game on others. I've been quite happy with previous crown purchases, but this one was a lesson learned. It literally ensured I'll not be an early adopter of anything visual on the crown store again.
I'm resigned to having thrown away $20 (I'll simply never use this), I support the game and development. But the truth is if it were hassle free I'd get a refund and use the crowns on other, better things.

✭✭✭✭✭I did not buy it, but I really hope, that ZOS has some empathy and can feel the pain this is causing to those customers, who like to buy stuff from the crown store. It would be good if they show some obligingness in the case they would not want to change the outfit - and give those, who do not like this outfit crowns back to be spend on other things. It would not be a loss for them, but a win, to show some obligingness - they messed up, they either should better it or take it back.Edited by Lysette on July 30, 2016 10:46AM2 -

Sadly I think this is their plan. Obviously they have had time to craft a response, especially with the initial reaction to the costume being overwhelmingly poor.

I actually use to play a game where devs and art people interacted in the forums. They would give previews and the like of what costumes where coming out. And people would complain, why does fred have to make this one cant sally do it?
Makes me wonder if some of the good and the bad isnt them deciding ok this one will be shaped better and this one with fit like a sack. But just a matter of which people were assigned to create it.1 -

I didnt buy but I recommend everyone to just contact customer support and demand your crown points back lol
If I go the the supermarket and buy a carrot... I come home and check out the carrot and its rotten... I'd go back and get my money back.

yes, but in the gaming world there is a TOS which basically says "We let you buy this carrot, even it might be rotten, you might not even be able to eat it and it might not be a carrot at all, but don't hold us accountable for when you die trying".1 -

I bought the priest of green, because beside the mouth cover it looks nice - and I really hope that this outfit will get a different cover or gets it removed - the one from darkstride helmet is ok - well, not on argonians and khajiit, there it looks weird, so I would prefer to have the mouth cover removed for good. What is the meaning of it anyway - anxiety of pollen allergy?3 -

It still does not explain the poor quality of the costume, as ESO generally has pretty stellar graphics right there, full of details.3 -
