Why is the Breton hero costume cape acting like pants?
When I purchased this....it didn't look great but without the hat enabled, it's o k.....until I began moving and notice that the leg portion of the cape is designed like pants. With each step, the cape behaves as if it's sewed onto each leg.
Why in the world was it designed as such?
There are plenty of flowing outfits where the cape could not be drawn as legs

I opened a ticket 160724-001755 and just want to make sure the devs actually do look into this as the support staff suggested in their response
