I think i remember reading that playerhousing will be implemented in the end of this summer im i wrong? If not could i get a link for the update/dlc?

I think they are focusing completely on "One Tamriel" before any thing after Update 11

I don't have the current PTS build, but a couple of guildies have been busy running around there.
Also, this thread on the PTS has a bunch of screenshots (just ignore the first post, there is no difference in those maps).
