Playerhousing

Hello!
I think i remember reading that playerhousing will be implemented in the end of this summer im i wrong? If not could i get a link for the update/dlc?
Sorry for this stuipid question just cant get my googlefu to work.

    I think they are focusing completely on "One Tamriel" before any thing after Update 11

    They said that they will announce it later 2016. The release date is unknown.

    They said housing is planned for early 2017.

    BUT they are already putting future housing buildings into the game now (the build that's on PTS at the moment).

    Also, this thread on the PTS has a bunch of screenshots (just ignore the first post, there is no difference in those maps).
