No and hopefully there won't be, at least for females, I'm sick and tired of having to put up with kids getting a thrill running their characters around (male and female) as naked as they can make them: yes, body marking are I guess are appealing to some but even then some of these kids insist on running them around in only their underwear.

I'm not an 'immersionist' but this does get kind of tiresome.

I never understood why they've added body markings in the first place if there is no gear in the game to accentuate them..
Perhaps there needs to be an ability to move and resize body marking?
The pirate outfit in the crown store is almost topless though.I think there should be a way to hide chest
but still a way to indicate light ,medium ,heavy.
Like for light it would really be topless
Medium would have a leather strap like the pirate ourfit in the crownstore has.
Heavy would would have iron shoulder pad.(think gladiator)

For females;

1. Whisperweft gala costume. Luv it.

For males;

1. uhm.... Pirate costume I guess? the topless one with the bandanna like thingy.

I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday. Our tattoos etc are pointless without removing our needed gear. Plus on my khakit I want him to appear as he is bare, like a real cat would.

Ok but then,like i suggested somewhere else earlier, costumes have to be able to convert to any armor (like those with imperial edition who can change armor to imperial style)so costumes would no longer function as a disguise.
Which would mean there needs to be light,medium and heavy versions of each costume.
The only reason I buy no more costumes at the moment is because they only function as a disguise

I could see how they can control it with costumes ,so not everyone starts to run around in their undies though.
The intesion is to add more diversity to eso and allow players to use the body marks to further costumize their character.
For women something like the outfit of Morrigan in dragon age wouldn't be over the top

hmm what if you can unlock costumes by aiding a certain category of npc during the course of a month/year?
New outfits will slowly appear on Npc before they release.
If costumes are going to be the solution,costumes need to be revisited to serve as a customization tool.
Or ther should come a new branch next to the racial motifs ,cultural motifs which can be unlocked according to the group you associate with most during a month /year
Eso+ members might gain a wardrobe where they can mix and match any piece they want till they've got a look they desire.
In that wardrobe will also be any disquise from the game included as a skin.(which means all disguise would need to be categorized as well though)
On my templar healer, I love the servant disguise for some reason.
I still wear it,although i'm way beyond that quest

many of the endgame sets have way too many excessive elements for my taste .
I have no urge to get end game sets for appearance reasons.In a way endgame sets( like the monster set )hide your character identity and you might as well get a draugr polymorph.
Customization and the ability to define your character is very important to me.
