Already the amount of health that is restored with the Malubeth beam is more than enough in my opinion.
When I knock someone down and try to kill it but the beam procs, that's usually enough to make them immortal, especially vampires.

This set is just dumb and OP. It does not need such a strong healing bonus. Major vitality wouldn't change anything. A minor healing buff is enough for a 2 set piece.

Exploibeth needs a proper cooldown.

A proper cooldown is needed as well.

Exactly what im trying to point out to players here. The beam itself is enough to heal you to full without any other healing ability's being used. If you stack enough healing, that beam will heal you to full health.

Sure, change the set to Major Vitality like everyone here is mentioning.. but that wont change the fact the beam proc is still max healing anyone wearing the set.

OP is being pretty fair about this. We don't need 33% healing +vit/mending, that doesn't make for interesting or even fair combat.

As long as there are combinations like fasallas and revebrating bash, malubeth is fine. Maybe make it 5 piece set? Not quite sure. Major vitality? Um i guess it won't be any different since there is no way to get major vitality i guess except potions.
I think it's fine though. If you reduce the proc rate or add cooldown, you pretty much ruin the set based on complainers feedback. This set is in game since nearly 2 years now. And it stood exactly same since then.

Am I wrong? Its in your video. Procs twice in the first 30s of the "krotha is summoned" one.

I would run it if I was emp, too. Its basically God-mode unless 40 people are slamming away at you.
It was just an example of in-game situations that exacerbate the power of certain sets and mechanics. It was absolutely frustrating to fight when we were on red. And it was annoying to watch from my Blue because there was not really defense (offense?) against that setup for opposing groups. If I recall correctly AD resorted to night-capping to dethrone you. Pretty sure they did the same to Essa the week prior.

Hmmm... I don't know... but here's an idea... ignore them and kill everyone else around them... this leads to GG.

Now, if everyone in a group is running Malubeth... well, then we might have a problem... but guess what? the vast majority of the time it is just a couple people in a group running this set.

In small scale PvP, this set is okay... it really is much more OP in large scale battles from my experience... every little bit of AOE damage just makes it proc non stop.

I have had 1 v 1 fights where it never proc'd... it is highly unreliable in small scale... which is why it is so important to be tanky so you have enough time to get it to proc.

I agree the set needs to be balanced its great in every situation 1v1, 1vX, groups, and zergs. It just needs to be adjusted maybe give it minor mending so it could still be good but not *** 30% strong. This way it could stack with major mending for classes that can use major mending. Lessen the proc rate and don't let it get multiple people...who knows but ZOS should make some type of adjustment as its becoming FOTM.

If you heal yourself with ~6k breath of lifes with major mending and still alive in heavy focus fire, it doesn't mean you are tanky, it just means their dmg is so low.

Sometimes i feel like im so damn op tanky but sometimes i feel like im like a glass. It really depends on who and what builds you are fighting against.

Those debuffs are canser. Malubeth is a canser too, and both counter each other. If you dislike Malu, combine your gear with Fasalla's. If you don't want to loose some stats because of Fasalla's, it's your problem, not Malubeth issue.
