@Alcast did you test this set out? Weapon attack counts as light attack, skill (such as Heroic Slash) and bash?
Altho, dat mixed spell damage.weapon damage bonus makes me go "huh". I don't see many reasons to use this set over Viper for a stam build, and magicka would have to lose 2 beneficial bonuses...
We should really be able to test Velidreth's. The tooltip reads very, very problematic for PvP. But then again, maybe the spores can effectively be avoided. If they can't and it's (before battle spirit, mitigation etc) a 30k burst in meele combat, this is almost game-breaking.
However, without them being included in the templates, and the RNG we're used to, I see no way to actually test unless you're an NA player with many undaunted keys saved up for shoulders and really good drop-luck in the dungeon

Don't get me wrong. My Stam characters will roll with it but from a balancing perspective it seems a bit much on the proc.
Also the damage is much more compared to magic sets.
Keep in mind that it has a 10sec cooldown. So if you are not doing only one attack every 3 seconds, nerien'eth will proc more often than this set.DUTCH_REAPER wrote: »20% chance for Velindreth to proc? Little much there ZOS? Just to add to Velidreth's monster set (see above post), we need to see how it works exactly.
If all 3 mines work in PvE (I'm wondering, because sorc mines don't damage if they pop in quick succession), then it's basically 31k every 10 seconds. Viper is approx 8k every 4 seconds, so a 2p would be MUCH better than a 5p.
Sounds like the new BiS, pretty much a no-brainer if you can pop all 3 mines on a boss every 10 seconds.

Very disappointed by the monster sets...
Argonians are now set up as healers.... and given that there is only realistically one healing monster set (Bogdan)... and even that one is useless.... I was really hoping that Argonian dungeons were the perfect place to bring in a new healing role based monster set... ideally with a 1 piece magicka regen bonus as this is the only regen one now missing.
Some of the 6 new sets are very good for PvP (actually more use in PvP than in PvE) and yet they are all BoP?! So again pay 1500 crown a full PvE DLC and then have to farm PvE content for gear only interesting in PvP. Makes total sense right? So 2 solutions, either the new vendors in Cyrodiil's towns sell those 6 sets for AP, either you make them all BoE, either both. At this moment it highly sounds P2W and Grind2Win for PvP players.

What did you expect ?Stamina always gets the best and easy ways to get everything in one package.
Magicka has to work and sacrifise in order to gain. Stams don't have these decisions.
On the new sets:
- Warlock - 2/3/4 pc good for resource sustain, cooldown on 5pc will hurt
