Altmer DK tank = Faarawae.

My guildmates pointed out that I should have made her an archer or a ranged caster instead of a tank with that kind of name, but I disagree because it's her job to keep the boss's attacks faarawae from anyone else

.

Also I like complaining about needing to travel a long distance when I'm playing as her by yelling "IT'S TOO FAARAWAE!"

Some funny names in this thread. I've seen some amusing names in game but can't think of any atm. I have an orc mule called Lorburz gro-Brohug, that's my best attempt at an amusing name. Back in 1.6 I once executed a sorc called Ball of Lightening with a 6k streak, it was the irony that made me chuckle.

Vindictive my magplar ( people seriously don't trust me when I ask them stuff in groups ) I'll give an example in DB patch I made a group @ the Minotaur world boss, decided I wanted to log onto my alt char to farm another motif while I wait for the cool down timer. I got invited back into the group but a friend also wanted to join. ( she doesn't know where to go so I ask the new group leader to give me lead ). He literally replied with: "With a name like that? You will just disband the group"

Long story short, I left the group immediately invited my friend so she could get to me, started a new group that grew larger than his and eventually he asked politely to merge groups

( I did explain that the name was meant for PvP )

More a funny story than a funny name but meh

Then I have a Khajiit in DC called Traitorus

Can't think of other funny chars right now...

He ran in a group of 4 with his Altmer foster-brother Wayne King (magplar), and their cousins Payne King (stam Orc) and Gayne King (stam NB)

It comes naturally, if you are used to use them - at a player meeting for another game in real life, we kept using avatar names to address each other and it did not feel weird to address a male player by his female avatar name. It just made a difference for those around us - these people, who do not seem to know what internet gaming is and who just have their real existence and no other form to express themselves - I really pity them - they could have so many lives in parallel, but they have just one.

Or when you have a gender neutral name (not intentionally tbh) and everyone assumes you are a dude until you say otherwise. Apparently if you're not named 'sparklykhajiit300' you are automatically male. It's a certain trend I've noticed.

Khajiit will post her thoughts on the names she thinks.

This one recently had a conversation with an old friend. This old friend has travelled in Tamriel for many years. That one though did not wish to travel in this Tamriel.

His reasons - he did not like many of the possible names he thought he might encounter. He is no lore buff and didn't expect everyone to have perfect names but he thought he would dislike seeing those named for bodily functions and the leet speak and things like that. Those things are clever and amusing only until you hit the age of 16 of your human years.

Khajiit told him he could turn off seeing the names if he wished.
