I opened 3 tickets from 3 characters who were affected.

Zero items were restored. For one of the three tickets, they just gave me 10K gold as compensation (ironically, for the ticket that I opened for a relatively useless item).

Update: Missing items have been restored. I guess I just had to be patient.

When I lost divines scoria due to rollback, they never gave me anything in return. Why even bother now.

Didn't know there was a bug - I might have lost several things but probably nothing important. How are we able to keep track of this? Yes I should notice if I'm missing legendary stuff but still....

This shouldn't be something we have to keep track on.

I didn't notice missing items, but even if I did notice, I wouldn't bother open a ticket because it happened to me in past, but with Monstrous Teeth, when they used to cost 1~1.2k EACH and the game UI "simply" stole me 120 units of them, proved with screenshots, plus more 120 Bone Shards that, unfortunately I couldn't take a picture and the issue is opened without solution until now, almost 6 months later

Fine" The original ticket was closed due inactivity one month after opened with an apology about some snow storm in the region, which I don't know if it's true given that I'm not American. Then I had problems accessing my Support Account for months without answer (again), but when I finally managed to access it again, someone "very competent", that didn't even introduced him/herself as a person, didn't read the ticket, didn't read the old ticket and answered based a different (and already solved) ticket.

I do my best to not have to reach them because when I do nothing is done so, meh...

I guess it is like insurance companies. They have a hard time believing you had a Picasso in your burned down home if you don't have receipts and pictures of it. You'd think they would have the ability to see your item list over time, but apparently you need screenshots.

I just got some mails with a number of restored items. The correct items, too, not something similar to compensate.

Yes, it's trash, and I wouldn't shed a tear for its loss. But it's the principle of the matter... and I'm glad that they've been restored.

I didn't specify what exactly was lost (since I wasn't 100% sure). I just said I had lost something, and if they do have the logs as they claim, they can figure out what that something was.

I really doubt they could do anything. They don't have knowledge or the means to restore items since DB DLC (according to someone called Andre - or was Alan? Don't recall).

Last weekend, after finishing the retirement of my Sorcerer in favor of my Templar, I was moving items back and forth through the bank very quickly and suddenly a Legendary Sword of Torug's Pact, Nirnhoned and enchanted I had with my main and that I would start using with my alt until replaced, simply vanished.

I contacted the support, survived the extremely annoying process of auto-reply that's kind of dumb to be honest just to receive an answer that the item was destroyed.

Lots of Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V in the answer without muchachos somos bases,like if I HAD to take their word as true.

I tried to explain that it wasn't possible because I WAS INSIDE THE BANK with both characters during the whole login/logoff procedures.

Do you know what happened? Another person took the front line of the discussion just to say with the arrogantly politeness of them "I'm sorry, like I said the item was destroyed and I can't help. Need anything else?"

I don't know how rude this might be in English, but in my country it's basically "shut up, don't cry, move on"

And I took the full damage in materials that, nowadays, is something around 70~80k

And they even had the petulance to send me customer relationship survey... They can shove that where the sun doesn't shine that I don't freaking care,just like they with their CLIENTS
