    Had this in the video happen to me several times now. This is the only one I thought to save. Not sure if they all involved swapping from staff or not, but I do recall so far every one of them occurring while I have the dual weapons in hand. What happens is I activate an ability, the animation just starts to go, and the character sheaths their weapon. The attack still deploys, but now you are standing there needing an extra button press to unsheath your weapon before you can do another attack.

    You know whats not a bug... when I do a sequence of button presses 3 times and get the same effect all 3 times. If I execute the same sequence of attacks 3 times and the character does it perfectly on the first one, misses an attack on the second one and gets an apoplectic fit on the 3rd one... it certainly isnt working right.

    That sounds like a reasonable definition of not a bug and also of not working right.

    For me though i am not sering those things since altering my seq/timing?

    I can avoid problems connected with my car suddenly stopping at random times by taking the bus. Doesnt make my car any less broken.

    But, first, i sm not taking the bus. Just hitting a signal ealier. Slso, my car idnt suddenly stopping.

    Also, this is an MMO with a major patch aimed at combat changes. Do coming at this from a perspective of "should be working just like it did before" is unfathomable, to me at least.

    I think the perspective of 'should be working' is perfectly understandable. Not sure what you wanted to say in the first sentence tho. And again, its been confirmed not to be working as intened so the discussion is kind of pointless.

    They said it was a bug though. And you also said it was fine on the first post too before I posted videos.

    It's clearly not fine.

    There really seems to be a comprehension thing or agenda thing at play here.

    They said there was a bug. I said i wasnt sure it was ALL BUG, because some of it seems more like sequence priorities changes going awry. Since i seem to recall them working with prioritization, it seems readonable to expect some differences.

    But to someone expecting "just like yesterday" change and bug would be indidtinguidhsble.

    Me, i expected chsnges in animation prioritization so i see it as posdible or evrn likely some is chsnge and some may be bug.

    Hence the words not ALL BUG as opposed to NO BUG AT ALL which seems to be what you wsnt to read it as.

    As for my first post, if you look back the quedtion in post 1 was basically is it affecting me, others.

    My answer was...
    "Nope. Ran multiple staff users so far, cp160 to level 3."

    I am not getting the severity of the isdues some are claiming.
    I am also not finding staff weavers "unusable" no matter how milquetoastily redeginef it is for this thread.

    I am not experiencing the kind of almost sky is falling hyperbolic panic or outrage worthy impacts.

    Obviously, i cannot ssy you arent being inconvenienced (or whatever new synonym you decide to use for unusable this post) but just not surevwhy you need to push this into a faux or straw man of BUG OR NO BUG.

    I believe they said they're still working on it. I switched over to my Imperial that I hadn't played in a while and noticed right away his 'run' speed (not sprint) is noticeably slower than it used to be. And yes, even though I haven't played the character in a while, having spent weeks playing the character I do remember his previous run speed compared to now.

    Maybe I'm just used to the slow speed now. I was really happy with the Momentum loss while jumping with move speed amps, as it was aboslutely destructive to the final boss of vMoL. Guess I let it bias me a bit much.

    Someone uploaded a comparison video here on the forums somewhere of pre TG and after TG movement speed and the difference could be easily spotted.
    And you can feel it pretty well yourself, especially in PvP where you have to manouvre much more than in PvE (not saying one wouldn't notice it in PvE!)

    And as they have acknowledged that there is a speedloss for some reason, there is not much to talk about the bug's existence or non-existence.
    They said they are working on it but that was months ago and we haven't heard much about it anymore lately. Which is why I believe it's important to not simply forget it and just accept that bug as one to stay. I don't want this to end up like willow's path.

    Just like "we're still working" on the movement speed nerf "bug" months later with no update.
    Don't expect this to be fixed for a long time.
    "Working on a fix" here is always just a play for time and the go to excuse for damage control.

    i am having this issue with my daggers. if i use a light or heavy attack there is a lovely delay on my skill animation and usage around 3 seconds in time. It happens some times other times they proc quickly. This needs to be fixed, it is making combat feel very clunky.

    Why do you even have to work on this when it is fixed already? Just reroll pre-DB animations and the bugs are fixed.
    Why do you even change things which work perfectly fine. Still can't play the game atm (literally, I can't do anything)

    The ping lately is terrible! I can't run Sanctum Ophidia decently because the trash packs are so full of mobs and there are so many skills rolling through the entire group that my latency stays above 700 in every single fight. And when I get a high latency, for some unreal reason, my FPS drops brutally to 1~3 FPS

    Hey Guys. So I guess I'm experiencing this issue as well. I had the infinite load screen bug for a while but I did that edit the file-add the exception fix and it's never happened again. Lately though, I do seem to have gaps in my rotation. LA doesn't seem to always work on the first shot and unless I employ a one-Mississppi two-Mississippi count to my rotation, actions get skipped. I didn't really notice it when DB came out. But I did notice it after the latest patch. All I'm sure of is that I was able to queue skills in about 1/2 the time it now takes to ensure the rotation is solid. It's not really harming my game that much... just adds are getting closer and hitting me more often. But I'm def noticing more and more that some skills don't proc unless I move. very. deliberately. And that's no fun haha.

    Well for the time being I cancelled my sub until this game feels playable again, like I said before...we all gave feedback during pts saying it was horrible and it still went live. I encourage others to do the same because this is really un acceptable.

    I'd recommend taking a look at the bug compilation list from @HoloYoitsu from when thieves guild went live.
    A lot of these bugs are still not fixed. Same for other bugs which have been around for years now.

    So no, relaxing is the last thing we should do if we want this damn sluggish and unresponsive crap fixed.

    I think it'll most likely be the next major update, it's a big change that I doubt could make it into a small patch. But that's better than nothing

    One issue for me is that I only recently started to take the DPS role seriously. I actually don't have a good feeling of how my character should look during a weave animation and that is hurting my ability to weave as fast as I possible can.

    I'm will to accept an answer that I should just get better, but at the same time I don't believe that the animations should have changed in this way. I don't believe that the intention was present to make weaving more difficult.

    Additionally, my character sheathes their weapon after some taunts. As funny as it is, can that weapon sheathe mechanic be removed please?
