Agree. Was on the group that got the second best score in AA last week, obviously it was a good score for the regular leaderboard. It was a legit run. It wasn't raining meteors and no one was using 5pc of alkosh.
Additionally, the patch didn't completely rebalance the game, changes were similar to each DLC. Only time they should chmage leaderboard is when scoring changes. Obviously SO should be cleared but that's it.
In other words, the OP suggestion and reasoning is an over reaction.
I was on the number 1 SO, AA, and HRC group before they reset the boards for TG......does that mean my opinions Trump yours? Let's not forget I was on the number 1 AA, HRC, and SO before 1.6 to. There's no way of knowing who did and who didn't use hacks, since you could use Cheat Engine to give you unlimited ultimate (resulting in an obviously cheated score) or something much more subtle, like 6 ult every second instead of the usual 3, which results in an impressive but not obviously cheated score.
It sucks, but we've got to reset the leaderboards entirely.ＦＯＲＵＭＰＬＡＲ

2. Cheat Engine, I mean at this point you may as well burn the leaderboards since cheat engine was even a thing.
Not to discount what you're saying, but...
on PC NA, all of the trials except Sanctum Odephia have not had the top score change with the cheat engine being exposed.
Not to say that vMA scores didn't change (they did change).
Also, if they reset the pve leaderboards, I can't say that I've run a few dungeons with the leaderboard's tops.
