The amount of EASY mode these people want. Geeze.
Good idea OP. I agree 100% . Don't have the curse if you're not willing to accept consequences.
It's not about immersion, it's about ESO retaining it's role-playing heritage.

I could care less if they added that. However if they are going to be right in line with the lore and give all the bad, they need to give all the good.
I have characters that are neither, that are vamp, and that are WW. I keep them all purposely like that to keep myself in the loop of game-play without having to read about it. I also enjoy mixing it up. However, the Vamps and WW in this game.... are a shell of how powerful they can be in a game like Skyrim.
Also, when people have bounties we should be able to bring them in/take them down. Also, I think we should be able to attack each other on sight no matter where we are... since you know, I could attack everyone in all the other ES games. Why stop at the OP's suggestions? Also my mount should be able to defy physics and go running up any mountain.
It always bothered me as well.It always bothered me with the Justice System how stage 4 vampires and turned Werewolves could walk around blatantly in town without alerting the guards...
Don't some of us wish there was an extra "monster hunter" guild that allowed us to "hunt" vampire and werewolf players anywhere? Well, actually I myself couldn't care less, but I am sure some people would love that...I don't mind these changes as long as I can partake in killing these Vampires and Werewolves in town... Since i won't be able to kill the thieves =(
I'll start believeing that would work as soon as J. Jonah Jameson starts to respect Spiderman for his good deeds. Or Lex Luthor starts to respect Superman for his good deeds. Or Senator Robert Kelly starts respecting mutants for the X-mens good deeds. Or the police department starts to respect Frank Castle for his... uhm... well... deeds? Or General Ross starts repecting the Hulk... no, wait, that one actually happened, though only after the good general kinda hulked out himself as I recall...I roleplay that guards respect my monsters for their good deeds. If guards and town people started attack me simply for being vampire or werewolf, it would break my immersion

We should be able to aim for the head too in order to kill people in 1 hit.
Indeed, and there could be varying levels of fame and infamy in different territories. And maybe get a starting fame/infamity depending on your race too... like, Dunmer start out with bonus fame in dunmer lands yet have infamity in argonian lands, and argonians with infamity in dunmer lands but fame in argonian lands... everyone but covenant races start with a little infamity in craglorn... everyone except orcs starts with a bit of infamity in wrothgar... etc.I totally agree about the reputation system, have a concept that I never posted because haven't taken the time to flesh it out, that involves of Fame system. You can be famous or you can be infamous. It suggests two ways of always completing quests, 1 way would gain you fame, the other would give you infamy. Being wanted would give you infamy, giving to the homeless would gain you fame.
There were Regional levels of Fame and infamy, and it was tied into a wanted system... hmm. Maybe I should finish it and post it.
I'd consider this a reasonable notion. Mages firing off dubious spells in town should attract the attention of the guards just as well...though since those would be "misguided humans", the result might stop at a fine...Only if this also goes for spamming aoe effects and attacks in same places...
