I mean, Stam Sorc has Bombard+Negate+Streak+AOE Execute from Caltrops soo...
Before anyone cries OP, the execute procs 6% of the time only under 15% health, doesn't hit for the tooltip, and doesn't crit either so FML.V Є H Є M Є И C Є
