For example, in competitive group PvE (trials), sorcs (of both flavors) are easily the worst. DKs (of both flavors) are easily the strongest.
In competitive solo PvE (vMA), magsorcs are arguably the strongest or second strongest. Mag DKs are arguably the weakest. Complete opposite of group PvE.
In PvP, magsorcs are one of the strongest, and mag DKs are, again, one of the weakest if not the weakest.
Stamina nightblades are very strong in PvP (much to the chagrin of a lot of players), but almost all of the advantages that make them good in PvP are irrelevant in group PvE.
A question like this without context just leads people to vote according to whatever area they play the most. Someone who does a lot of endgame group PvE will likely say sorcs, while people who play mostly PvP or solo PvE will respond along the lines of, "WTF? Sorcs are the best!"

I have characters in all four classes. The only one that feels underpowered/not in line with the others is my V16 Dragonknight.

✭✭SorcererThis could be a very complex arguement as the question is too general... So I'm taking a big picture view!
So to put it simply... all classes are best at 'something'... with the exception of Sorc's at the minute where barring a couple of very niche examples, other classes do all their stuff better in almost all areas.
in PvE they are a long way from being the best healers or Tanks.... Their sustained DPS is lower than most others now (Don't even get me started on the abomination that is a buggy 40 second overload).
In PvP all their class defining skills keep getting nerfed heavily every patch. (Yes... there are beast mode sorcs out there... but that's the player not the class... and their are comparable examples with all classes).
