Wanting to and doing so are entirely different things please fix this. Templars finally feel competitive across pvp pve etc

The fix is currently being tested, so we can't say with 100% certainty it will most definitely without a doubt be fixed. We want it fixed as much as you do, though, and are working on it.

I'm putting my faith in the combat team to fix it for the Live patch... you can do it ZOS

last i heard you can dodge sweeps, not sure about it thoughLeifErickson wrote: »So if Flurry is benefited by Thaumaturge then so should Sweeps and if it isn't, Sweeps shouldn't either. Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but because of that, should it really be considered a dot?
Lol OP in PvE, it's not OP at all, maybe in about 4 years when we get to actually put a decent amount of points in elfborn/spell erosionDagoth_Rac wrote: »People saying that Thaumaturge will make Jabs/Sweeps too powerful need to remember that Thick Skinned mitigates Jabs/Sweeps. why must people argue for the sake of it
It will never be OP, but with Sacred Ground now you can at least apply 30% snare on them to make hit with sweeps easier, except stamina builds will ignore your snares anyway.last i heard you can dodge sweeps, not sure about it thoughLeifErickson wrote: »So if Flurry is benefited by Thaumaturge then so should Sweeps and if it isn't, Sweeps shouldn't either. You can dodge sweeps yeah. Think how annoying the damn ability is when you'll hit someone with the first hit and they'll just side step the rest while you're forced to face that same direction for the entire channel. Sigh. This ability has so many weaknesses, I don't understand how people say it will be OP.

Sacred Ground is pretty cool. Do we know whether it stacks with other snares? Caltraps and Nova I'm thinking in particular.

In terms of functionality, it will be fixed by time this update goes live. We're still working on a few outstanding issues surrounding the tooltip, but the ability itself will be good to go.
@ZOS_GinaBruno thank you so much for the continued updates on the topic.
