Call it a protest if you want - I call it acting like an annoying kid who doesn't get what he wants at the candy store.byrom101b16_ESO wrote: »It IS a trantrum when you go from protesting/saying your peace to making constant repeat threads for attention. You're making an ass of yourself.
Insults now?
You don't seem to understand how protesting works. The central idea is to make yourself hard to ignore and disruptive to things the target of your protest is involved in.
If YOU don't like protesting, then there is no reason to protest yourself is there?
Please don't try and deny your large, dismissive and marginally relevant cartoon spam wasn't itself a protest Taisynn...
... that's precisely what it is.
So - turn that frown upside down and admit you're a protester yourself!
I don't agree with the shield nerfs, surge changes and generally think other classes, except a few already there, should've been buffed to match magicka sorc. But acting like a spoiled brat, covering it as 'going against the authority' and 'protesting'?
Nah. You'll get nothing constructive out of this. Enjoy the ban, though.
i simply don't get the shield changes they make little sense beside push even more annoying sorc builds and increased ganking against them. what makes sorcs strong imo is their ability to live through every burst you throw at them simply by pressing 3 buttons over and over again and then counter with a fast deadly burst of their own. nothing beside making that stronger has changed. for pvp i like the surge changes for the reasons i stated.

Yes the changes - all of them, do nothing to prevent fast shield spam survivability. they even make it a little easier if HW and Annulment are on the same bar!
They do however wreck PvE play for Mag. Sorcs. and this was clearly completely disregarded when the changes were designed.

Firstly this one believes the person you are trying to contact is Mr Wrobel? Perhaps address him as on adult to another and not as if you were his commanding officer at the boot camp?
Secondly perhaps they might actually be busy making the changes required for the DLC to go live in the best shape possible? Some days this one wonders that they can bear to look at the forums at all.
This one respects that you have the feelings that are strong about this issue but sometimes the diplomatic approach is more constructive than the screaming into the wilderness.

Such an approach is, of course, always the first port of call.
However, when it is ignored, one can either passively accept or get animated about it.
