    Yea sorry Shadow and every one but 275% buff to constitution isn't a buff cause it only restores like 340 or 350 resources and 350*275%= 962.5 and if the cool down is still only 4 seconds that still nothing much. :/

    Thats better than what it was before, 1K (about) plus my stam regen (1.5K) is decent to sustain. :tongue:

    True but me personally think constitution needed a complete over-haul but hey PTS maybe they can change it to 500% instead cause that 350 or what ever is at full 7 pieces of HA.

    That's a bit under 463 stam and magicka recovery in 5 pieces of heavy, 694 with black rose. That's not bad, especially for magicka tanks.

    I believe that buffing up HA is best done stepwise.
    Buff two bits and wait how balance becomes
    Buff one bit if needed and wait how balance becomes
    etc

    We must also consider that the big overhaul of ESO is still not finished, there are more things to come like breaking the "unholy" DPS/HPS stacking meta with Mag/Stam Stat pool & (Spell/Weapon)-Power, delivering superior DPS AND self-HPS.

    But seeing how HA users are normally tanks they have high health and stamina pools around 15K-25K and 1K resources gained every 4 seconds when NPCs deal ..... well I personally don't know how much DPS cause you know minions and bosses and so on but DPS players can deal that stupid crazy amount.

    So yea sorry it is a very nice and needed change but 1000 magicka and stamina back every 4 seconds verses LA or MA stamina regen on top of enchantments and CP every 2 seconds that don't need you to be hit to activate.

    The notes won't come till PTS server is up. And I think somebody dropped a bunch of magnets on its hard disk.
