Hey ZOS! We need a 5th class and here is a concept idea, no copyright or anything, hopefully inspires you guys:
Name:
"Shaman", "Druid" or some less generic awesome name
Style:
Associated with nature, maybe even necromancy
Skill Lines:
Nature's revenge (Poison and/or disease style damage magic, dark nature magic) SPELLS ARE DARK GREEN COLORED
- "Acid Rain", "spider swarm", "bee hive" or "poison cloud" for example, but aoe damage over time spell
- "Toxic weapons" = imbue weapons with poison (could be morphed into stamina), increase weapon critical or wpn damage for a short time, chance to stun maybe
- "Sudden swamp" or "toxic slime" that deals minor damage and snares
- "Sting" magic missile, deals poison dmg
- "Miasma" = defensive aura/damage spell
- A venomous animal summon spell, like spider, could be stamina ability
Spiritual strength (Healing, and/or defense) SPELLS ARE LIGHT GREEN COLORED
- "Blessing of... " gives buff to health regen or stamina regen, for example
- "Vanish" short immunity to damage, for example but downside would be inability to deal damage and/or to cast other spells for duration
- "Soothing presence" could be a toggle "heal nearby allies for x every second" that either drains magika/stamina or could be weaker effect but reduces maximum magika/stamina if toggled on <--- personal favorite
- "Hallowed ground" Aoe buff or heal effect
- "Healing salve" a ranged heal single most wounded ally that uses and scales to STAMINA and is at least fairly good
- Ultimate: "Restoration" short but HUGE boost to attribute regeneration
Wrath of winter (cold damage and/or cc style magic) SPELLS ARE LIGHT BLUE OR PALE WHITE COLORED
- "Ice cage" a pure, simple targeted cc (slow or immobilize)
- "Chill Wind" a cone or multiple target damage over time ability that may or may not slow enemies
- "Ice armor" increase armor, can be toggled or activated duration based and morphed into stamina ability
- "Cold snap" major targeted damage spell, may or may not have a channel time
- "Wings of frost" a leap that snares when player hits target
