I haven't done writs in a long time but I've been trying to feed my horse train my character on my alts whenever I log into them.

Dailies are nice as the give me something to do when I don't have something specific to do. But I don't see a need to do them every day.
Writs are about the only Daily I do with any regularity, but even then, its not every log in.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I'm at CP cap, so I only do the random on a whim or if I want to use it as a way to level an alt.
The stupid loot system for Trinimac/Briarheart/Pariah means that I'm ignoring those sets. BoP, random pieces, random traits, and a low chance of it actually being VR16? LOL, I'm not wasting my time.

This is exactly why Im only doing these dailies atm. I have briarheart (including necklace) perfect x2, I have pariah perfect x3.
But not one necklace, not one traited v16 armor of my beloved Trinimac set.

✭We've reached the point where there are so many daily options that it is not realistic to try to do them all on a single character, let alone a single account. You'll hit the limit of the number of repeatable quests you can do in one day before you get them all done.
I do daily crafting writs on two characters and occasionally do the other dailies, particularly the undaunted vet pledge. I am doing fewer undaunted pledges now than I had previously because I have undaunted at 9 on all of my characters and I've landed all of the helm and shoulder pieces I need. Instead I've been doing more wrothgar quests in search of the new motif books and their abysmal drop rate. If I do too many of these repeatable quests, the game begins to feel like a job as opposed to something I do for fun. Instead I treat these as options that are available depending on what my group and I are in the mood to do.
Also the list above does not include the daily town quests in Cyrodiil or the repeatable quests in Craglorn.1 -

✭I have done a lot of dailies, but that was because I tried to help around when my friends needed a healer. I don't care much for writs & dailies because I've done them all and so many times, that I find them boring.

I do think there should be more repeatable content, even though I dont have time to participate everything.

SahrotRein✭✭✭✭I used to do pledges daily a few months ago every day, before and after Imperial City was released. Dailies are the only thing I do to keep my character going at least a bit during weekdays since I am able to get on only for 2 hours at most, I do the following:- Crafting Writs
- Wrothgar Delve (achievement)
- Wrothgar World Bosses (usually just 1 or 2)
- Thieves Guild Heist (achievement)
- Random Dungeon (only normal to get through with it quickly)
Edit: Now I don't do all these I've listed above literally every day, sometimes I skip the Heist or Random Dungeon, but I almost never skip crafting writs and daily delve.

✭✭Presuming it isn't a day when I can't log in at all, I do 6 writs on one character, 3 writs on another character (unless I don't have the mats for something, in which case I skip that one) and hoss training on whoever still needs it (almost done with that aside from my main character, since I only got storage upgrades on the mules).
I should be doing pledges to level Undaunted but doing unfamiliar dungeons with random people still scares me. I don't have Orsinium (yet) or IC so those are out. I do Hew's Bane thieving missions when I feel like it but those don't really feel like dailies to me. I'm not hardcore enough for Maelstrom or trials yet.

✭✭✭✭✭Not in one day. I do about 20-25 writs a day across 5 toons, and this is probably the thing I am most consistent about. It is how I make gold, and it works pretty well. It takes me maybe 30 minutes. I also do the trial Leaderboard on 2 or 3 toons and the VMA leaderboard on 1 or 2 a week. I stopped the wrothgar delves once I had all the sky shards, and perhaps once a week I join up with a group to quickly do all the wrothgar bosses. Once I had the achievements, I stopped doing cyro dailys as well. For whatever reason, I havent jumped into the theives guild quests yet. It will happen one day soon.0 -
