You should try and count all the different errors you get while trying to relog. Trust me, it's tons of fun. Or watch videos of Eso live to have a nice laugh while you wait.

weird is, some ppl i am on teamspeak with are still in the game without any problems.. but some just got ultra lag and kicked from game and can't log in,same thing and same ppl got kicked after they logged in.

Those four errors, at my end on the PC, yes, but sometimes it just says login timeout or login failed, try again in a few minutes.

Now I have to apologise to my wife for screaming at her to disconnect her kindle iPad and iPhone and blaming her for my connection issues. Thanks ZoS. She's gonna give me hell for this.

EU server tried a toppling charge on NA server, lag, skills locked, used potion, tried another toppling charge, but still on potion cooldown.
EU died due to old bug

Had error 200 / 201. So I deleted the ProgramData in the Launcher folder, tried again. Success! That is, until I tried to get to the character screen, shortly after trying to log in, during the loading, I was kicked out with error 108.

So that concludes just one thing; either the hamsters are on strike or someone forgot to water the potato running the server
