✭✭✭✭✭Was trying to catch a cool screenshot of me dropping a Meteor in first person view to finish off Nunatak (1% health left). Got stuck in an AoE I didn't notice and died....
Soloing Ra-Kotu. Got him down to 15%ish health, and my controller ran out of battery = death.
Soloing Valkyn Skoria. At 20%ish health he bugs out and starts SPAMMING his CC ability. After three break frees (used a Stam potion) the fourth trapped me permanently so I died.
Playing first person view PvP since it looks cool. Falling off the edge of a wall into a 30+ EP zerg.... must spawn halfway across Cyrodiil to rejoin the battle.1 -

Maddux✭✭✭✭Sanctum Ophidia: The Raidlead was guiding us through the Dungeon and told us to watch out for the Hole in the Room. 1 Second later you just hear from our Raidlead: "damn, i steped into the Hole."
The same happened to me as Raidlead on the Bridge in AA. "Dont fall from the Bridge. Damn. Regroup, i fall from the Bridge.
The hardest and funniest Fails always happens to the Raidlead. You have to watch what others are doing, what the Boss and Adds are doing, have to tell everyone what he has to do and you still need to do you Job as DD,Heal or Tank. Sometimes it is just to much and you fail at simple Things
Not a Fail but funny:
We did a Fun Run to normal MoL and our Guildlead, who has never seen the Dungeon before, joined us after our 3. or 4. Try on the Last Boss. I explained the Boss to him, run out and explained how it works outside with the Synergy and the Adds and after we get back in, i told him to get back outside without telling him about the Decurse. I think he dont like me anymore

✭If I could get shadowplay working with this game I could also post some funny clips haha. Lets keep the fails going and uplift the forum's Doom & Gloom mood at present ( we're all aware of the bugs & $#*!% ) but we have survived this long, we will outlive the bugs & hopefully they will fix them soon ( or at least this time ).
I will add another story so while defending on Bleakers I was standing on the edge of a ledge I get speared from the left- I somehow land on the next ledge to my right & survive. I was like ... "Nice!"
A team mate who was attacking stood on the same ledge as the one I was on before, he gets speared and dies ( also fall damage ).

GrimMauKin✭✭✭✭Spent the day, yesterday, collecting V16 crafting materials, rushed off and crafted 2 swords and 2 pieces of armour and improved them all to legendary. Suddenly realised that in my enthusiasm I'd forgotten to add traits to any of them! It was heartbreaking having to break them down and spend an absolute fortune on new tempers and materials (a subsequent sword failed in the improvement to Legendary!). I shall be more careful in future!

Lol this same thing happens to me to me I was crafting the final piece to my vet 16 set when I realized I didn't make it a crafted set but a regular set n I upgraded to purple before I realized lol

✭✭- Cockily jumping in on a 1v1 just after getting to Cyro on the way to the IC entrance just to realise both my gear (Training) and both skill bars are still in leveling mode. While questing outside Cyro I have rarely used skills on the bars just to level them and corresponding skill trees.
The guy must have laughed good when a 0 stamina Magplar swings rank II S&B skills twice before death. Despite Dressing room... - About to routinely buy sige and repair at a Quartermaster in Cyro I see my gear needs repairing and accidentally hit "E" instead of "R", resulting in me buying the motif my mouse pointer happened to be hovered over. A chest motif richer but a heap of AP poorer than intended.
- Crown calls for food and charge check just before we leave a keep, I see my charge is empty and on routine right click and select Charge. I thought. I had the bug where Charge is missing from the RMB menu and Destroy is now in it's place. Luckily it was only a VR15 Magnu's Inferno staff, but it was Legendary and Nirnhoned.

My brother actually has this problem and we thought it was only him or his account or something Did this happen recently to you? Or do you mean the set itself (ie values or something) is bugged in general for everyone? He is able to craft sets but cannot wear any crafted set pieces or even crafted set pieces made by myself, who can wear them fine.

crafting a v16 sword, upgrading it to purple, and then realizing i forgot to put a trait on it.
edit: now after reading the post i realize im not alone on this. i feel atleast a little better now

✭✭@Tryxus , now I remembered similar situation: I used Magnum Shot and it got me stuck in a gate I couldn't do anything, and mobs were slowly killing me. Then "[E] Use door" magically appeared and I was able to exit.
I also often see mobs stuck in walls, but they almost don't receive any damage in such state... Once I had to fight a necromancer boss from a quest, and he got stuck in a wall. I couldn't properly reach him to deal significant damage, while he was throwing spells and zombies at me like a... like a boss, literally
Then he apparently got tired and simply walked out of the wall...
Also, I forgot to mention my great fail in Cyrodiil. One of guilds formed a large group for Skyshards hunting. We were neither ready nor seeking actual fights. So everyone was afraid of being killed by enemy players. But there is more to be afraid of
...When we almost reached our first destination, we thought that jumping off a "not so high" cliff to save some time is a good idea... Half of our group was dead on arrival; local mobs were very surprised to see so much "food" falling from the sky It must have been beautiful scene if somebody watched it from a distance! I wish I could be that person, but I was among the dead ones.
...Would 100% repeat this fail someday just to get hilarious video 0 -

A mob got stuck in a wall in the final area of Banished cells in a random group I joined. Of course you can't trigger the boss to appear until the mobs are dead, so we had to abandon
