How Good is Wall of Elements and Valkyn Skoria

With the buff to wall of elements and valkyn skoria, how good are they now? Is wall of elements actually viable as a skill for aoe, and can valkyn skoria compete with the other monster helms like molag kena and nerieneth?

When you mix Wall of Elements, with a Maelstrom Lightning Staff and Valkyn Skoria you can get scary results when mixing the wall with the staff heavy attack.

As a sorc.
Liquid Lightning, unstable wall of shock and heavy attacks make for some serious cluster melts, so much disintegration proccage as well and thats not including lightning form

So it sounds like wall of elements is now comparable to impulse for its aoe? That's great, adding more variety to builds! I would like to try valkyn skoria with it on my sorc, but what DOTs would I run for single target to proc skoria? For aoe, I think wall of elements and lightning splash would be enough

I've tried it on a DK, with Molten Weapon now affecting the Lightning staff heavy attack, I was litteraly dealing 6,5-7,1K dmg per tics with the staff and around 2,1K per tics with the wall of ellement.

It's very good.
