Why would a stamina-based set like this have a 5-piece that does Magic Damage? Stam builds do not spec into magic damage. Should be physical or poison or even disease.

Oh common get real guys these sets are a horrible decision. All I see is "if I want to pvp, pvp, if I want to pve, pve." You cant take most of these sets into BOTH. They've done this before but to implement this amount of sets in one dlc is bad...this patch is making me turn green and sick with the way the game is going...i thought IC WAS BAD! Man I was wrong...they have run out of ideas for good sets?

I agree. This should be changed. The damage would be better once cp is taken into account. I really like the set though. Will be fun to play with.

My one concern with this set. The rune does not have a very long duration. Should be increased or the set become's useless once avoided once.

Great idea but why gimp it with the health bonuses? How about add 638 spell crit/636 weapon crit for the number 1 and 2 set bonuses? That would make a lot more sense for a quick burst build.

It's a heavy armor set. Honestly, it looks like a set made for Argonians tanks. Take advantage of their new 9% bonus to max health and their potion passive that gives 8% magicka, stamina, and health no matter what the potion is for. So now also get some damage for 15 seconds for each potion. If you are an Argonian NB sap tank, even better, with the increased ult you get per potion in 2.30 with Catalyst. Just put on alchemy cood-down glyphs, stack health, and you are good to go. Sustain...kill....sustain...kill. Or at least that seems to be the idea.

Cool. But, the heavy version *would* be good for an Argonian sap tank  Crafted or no, health bonus + health bonus sounds tanky to me.

More importantly, why would you use anything else, because gap closer root will continue to be unbreakable and dodge roll is one of the only effective means to counter it. You want to chase me? Fine I will explode you repeatedly.

Note, the real solution is not to remove the set,but to remove gap closer unbreakable snares.

I'm honestly afraid of a few of these sets hitting AvA. Some of the stamina based ones are gonna make an already effective playstyle a bit more annoying. I'm loving some of the tanking and kiting sets, but I can see where they might be abused. Yeah, vicious death looks pretty dangerous, but the healing debuff tank set seems a bit much.

We'll just have to wait and see.

It depends on the timing and if the rune is armed instantly or with some lag like fire rune. Usually people dodge roll when someone is right on them. As for the magicka based bonus, according to the tool tip from various sources it's a relatively flat rate. Not only that, but it also gives hybrid dreamers something to consider.

I know we've been in this max magicka/stamina slump for a while now, but it might be time to give something else a go.

It depends on how it works, if you can only debuff 1 player at a time its good in small scale but not in large fights.

If it debuffs all players hitting you for 5 seconds it will be very very OP.
