The Warrior boost your damage weapon. The more damage weapon you have, the less damage the Warrior give you (it's additive).
The Shadow give you a bonus on critical damage. The more overall damage you do, the more damage it give. It's a multiplicative bonus.
You perhaps are at the point where the two stone give you exactly the same amount of damage on critical hit. With a little more overall damage, Shadow will be better, but actually Warrior should be the best stone because it boost your non-critical damage as well.

The Shadow is additive though..
50% Base Crit Damage + Shadow (12%) + Elfborn/Precise Strikes (Also additive)

you didn't get his point.
Shadow is a % increase of your dmg thus multiplicative
Warrior is a flat increase by X thus additive
That's why the Shadow will be better on high end min max builds.
