Let's be honest. No matter how much better the servers get the lag won't go away when you have 30+ derpaderps stacking on crown spamming steel tornado, healing springs, rapid regen, caltrops.
As long as that mentality of gameplay is still happening the servers will ALWAYS be ***

You're wrong. This game PROMOTES that, so it should be able to handle it.

This is what happens when the devs decides to give a million away instead of upgrading equipment.

Actually, this game wasnt built around big PvP battles at all. And,no it isnt in the name description. The game title is:
"The Elder Scrolls Online".
Not "The Elder Scrolls PvP Battles Online".
It was made for people who wanted questing, and PvP was added along the way.
Lately I have noticed a huge issue with latency spikes in ESO. I will see latency go from 89 to 999 for about 10-20 secs, the game interaction sometimes freezes up and then it goes back to normal.
I have run speed tests, trace routes and the likes on my end and with my ISP with positive results, so I know my end is good. I also have edited my firewall(s) and AV settings to allow for the game to be unhindered.
I can play any other MMO with no issues and little latency spikes (spikes happen i understand that).
SO...
ZOS please take some time during 2016 to invest in server and ISP upgrade and support.

These spikes have been with the game since patch 1.6 but you can't tell ZOS that. Its funny how we players will notice bugs with the game after a patch and yet ZOS think we just dreaming up things. It's my opinion that ZOS don't consider it their issue. Before 1.6 my ping to NA was in the 60ms, and my EU ping was around 120ms. After the 1.6 patch my NA ping is 120-140ms avg, and my EU ping is 240-260ms. EXACTLY double on avg increase ever since 1.6 patch was release. Also I get plenty of the spikes to 300, 500, 999ms. Why? Oh I know ZOS, you will just blame it on the ISP that I'm with. Perhaps it's some sort of anti-cheat software that snoops on the packets cuasing it all to be delay? Of course this the only mmorpgs I play that has these issues but you can't prove that to ZOS.

Ohhh. So, skills are to blame for lag now. Not deer anymore. Ban all skills in Cyrodiil, no more lag.
I bet if another group of skills were being spammed, someone would come onto the forum and blame those particular skills.
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

Last thing they did brought lots of improvements but Azura is still lagfest during Evenings. We need Cyrodil overhaul. Get rid off of all PVE content, reduce the player per campaign, design whole Cyrodil again.
