Well i am the main leader. I am currently thinking about making a weekly chart, telling people of events going on that week and stuff like that, i will also put guild events and raids etc on our guild calendar. One thing i don't understand is, people ask to join your guild and then leave straight. I know we are a small guild but people keep asking to join and then leaving isn't going to make the guild grow.
