Thanks to the recent Tamriel One update, there is no longer a "level requirement" to do the quest. Once you have been bitten, you can either do the quest right away or save it for later since the bites no longer have a time limit.

Thanks for the offer, but I feel a strong connection to my guild. My husband and I run it and we have since we first became werewolves. I just don't feel right with the idea of abandoning it.
