Why avoid it when I can purge it?
Why am I stupid for trying to take down a tower farm? afaik thats where the AP is and typically there is no lag because you dont tower farm with 24+ people -______-

Exactly the point. You just said it yourself... Why avoid it when I can purge it? (why play when I have a 1 hit fix?) So zerg just stand around with their 1 hit fix and ignore siege weapons. While you're spamming purge the guy next to you is doing what? What great input does he have to the fight besides being a number? All he has to do is turn up.

also apart from like disease siege or whatever do you really think the devs intended us to shoot fire ballistas at each other and have fun?

Ballistas were originally created for damaging the structuring around castle doorways and killing defenders emerging.
If you wanted a "real life" siege scenario, the following changes would be made
- Meatbags removed and replaced with.. trebs. Trebuchet's were not only used for breaching castles, but they also loaded them with animal dung and rotten meat to fling over the walls to spread disease.
- Ballistas should do additional damage to enemies
- Ballistas should do additional damage to the corner of the doorways
- A giant flaming rock flung by a trebuchet will instantly kill everything it hits. Because that's as realistic as you can get.

This is Elder Scrolls Online not Elder Siege Online.
If you like playing the whole game with siege weapon because they hit so hard then this is not the game for you.
Siege Weapon hitting harder will just help zergs ; if you don't believe me i can give you an example:
PC-EU Server Trueflame Campaign at 21 (GMT +1) there is just 1 EP group against all blue zerg, last night we beat them several times without even using 1 Siege Weapon (while blue Zerg kept on using Fire Balistas and Meatbag);in the end they won after stacking 5 siege weapons.
Therefore anyone who wrote "yes"in the poll please explain here why this should help organised groups more than zergs.

So you're all for standing around in a zerg spamming purge and vigor, and not really using any skil to play the game? Just let someone else heal you and attack the nearest target ignoring all incoming siege? You know how to "play" your character....
No I do not Zerg if I am in a group it is 12 or less I rely on myself to realize what is happening and react to it
Also to the other *** in the thread I am not for realism with siege yes I would to walk away from being hit with a giant rock but not unscathed however I will heal myself because that is what you are supposed to do when being damged typically
Also like 80% of this thread is wanting more damage from siege and you know what thats fine it will be unbalance but seriously is that what we want from PvP right now? more *** siege damage? how about fixing the lag? how about Arena? *** Siege I dont care if my group is siege a keep I dont do it, it is boring as *** and in the end pointless
