Siege needs to be stronger.
It appears as though ZOS has accidentally made the Battle Spirit buff also reduce siege by 50%.

I think that siege needs to do 2 things:
- ignore battle spirit
- ignore AOE cap.
I also think that purge cost needs to increase because it is just too cheap now with CPs and has become a spammable ability.
This in order to give some chance to few against many of defending a keep.

Buff it?? Why if you dont purge oils you will die... if you dont purge fire siege you will die this is what makes tower farms so insanely lucrative at times

Why's that a bad thing? there's now red circles showing where Oil and Coldharbor lands.
Their intention is to kill you. Purge/Avoidance/Defensives/Heals/Siege Shield are there for a reason, too.
Tower farms were never hard to counter. Knock down the tower, sneak in with mist form and rapid maneuvers, run upstairs, drop 2 flaming oil down OR just leave the tower alone so they get bored.

Or... people could learn to dodge red circles and maybe start using that skill which has the sole purpose of lowering siege damage... or that armour set that reduces siege damage... or any of the other things people survived with before battle spirit went and ruined sieges again.

If you like playing the whole game with siege weapon because they hit so hard then this is not the game for you.
Siege Weapon hitting harder will just help zergs ; if you don't believe me i can give you an example:
PC-EU Server Trueflame Campaign at 21 (GMT +1) there is just 1 EP group against all blue zerg, last night we beat them several times without even using 1 Siege Weapon (while blue Zerg kept on using Fire Balistas and Meatbag);in the end they won after stacking 5 siege weapons.
Therefore anyone who wrote "yes"in the poll please explain here why this should help organised groups more than zergs.

Currently siege weapons help the zerg and not organized groups. Do you want to increase the damage? But you are crazy! Try to divide the fighting in several parts of the map. On the Zerg campaign trueflame DC only play of siege weapons against organized groups. We are serious.

Why am I stupid for trying to take down a tower farm? afaik thats where the AP is and typically there is no lag because you dont tower farm with 24+ people -______-

Exactly the point. You just said it yourself... Why avoid it when I can purge it? (why play when I have a 1 hit fix?) So zerg just stand around with their 1 hit fix and ignore siege weapons. While you're spamming purge the guy next to you is doing what? What great input does he have to the fight besides being a number? All he has to do is turn up.
