There has to be some approximation to reality, otherwise its just stupid. It's a fantasy video game, sure, I accept there's magic and heroes that do impossible things, they never go to the loo or lose an arm, but things which clearly do big damage need to do big damage.

No...Because then you will have groups camping with siege weapons. If siege weapons can one shot players. My guild would sit seige on the bridge and own both directions. Thanks for AP. Changed reply to yes.

Some are even saying that it's another nerf to Templar's, since we can't purge/cleanse the Fire DoT from fire ballistas in the big upcoming incremental patch to siege weapons, but I personally don't see it as a nerf, since my heals are already strong enough - it just means that we'll have to be more alert about big red circles than before.

Yeah as I said siege has a stupid circle and you can purge EVERYTHING else but inevitable detonation.

Although the idea to kill zerg with the siege weapons is a good idea we have seen before that this isn't the case necessarily. In the past we seen 1 or 2 players will drop off from the zerg and use siege weapons for their ball to counter other siege weapon damage effecting their zerg. I'm not sure how they could change this but I do support the damage increasing to help somewhat counter the zerg mentality. I just feel like they will need to find another way to counter the zerg. (AOE cap removal and such).

I'm curious what they're like on the PTS as I'm on console and can't access the PTS. I'm not going to be picky though, I'm totally sure they'll be better than the state they're in, in Live.

Now you cannot even fight because all people do is set up siege and blast even small man. It was pretty much eliminated any type of xVx PVP on the map. You could be in the middle of a field and now all of a sudden there is a siege line? It's bull - especially since heals were nerffed. So lets up damage and nerf heals gj gj !

It's not even that bad. I don't notice much of an increase. If anything siege needs to do more damage. A simple cast of vigor would heal right through a fire treb dot.

It should be a oneshot for 30k if a fire treb lands on you.

The chances of bumping into a "siege line" are low enough. What is a siege weapon supposed to do? (non-stone one's) they're not there for display, Cyrodiil isn't a museum.
