Now now, why jump so far into conclusion? No one is saying anything about unsubbing... You draw that conclusion by yourself...
Besides, it is an important thing, without any subscription how do they maintain the server again? Are you donating large amount of money that can support all the staff and the server uptime in secret?
You say no one cares, but you put sometime to comment about it. Hmm............
NA time? There's a NA time now? So I can stop having to convert EST to PST because everyone in North America is on the same time now? And am I to assume that this is different from the time zone(s) for South America?twogirls_onebenny wrote: »well i hope eso is perfect come 6pm

I mean CET

I'd also like to see the loading times when you enter another zone sped up. Made quicker. That might not be a problem on the Zenimax end of things, though.
As someone whose ISP connection is "DSL Light" and must use a computer without a video card, I'm used to lagging game play, even on the minimum graphics resolution, starting about 5pm and continuing until about 1am, being especially bad around the middle of that time (9pm EDT). During the laggy time, I switch to my farm-and-craft character and use the multicraft mod so I don't have to wear out my R key at the cookfire.
I do riskier stuff with my other main character from 1am until I'm too tired to play anymore, sometime after sunrise IRL.
The other big thing I'd like Zenimax to fix, if possible, is the delay in in-game mail delivery. You can speed up the mail by logging off and back on, or by wayshrining to another zone and back, but this is tedious - partly because of the long-wait loading screens.
All this works fine in other MMOs, so for it to be an issue in ESO is definitely unacceptable.

I guess ESO was developed in like 90s?

Thanks Zos administration and staff for the hard work, exhausting hours, and tedious effort you put in to please a playerbase that nags constantly. I will continue doing my part aswell as others by squishing them in cyrodil extra hard in your honor. Cheers.
Ppl usually do their job better when you put some reasonable pressure on them. So there is nothing wrong with that.

One could argue that this is only a video game and that Zenimax isn't in the health care industry, so no ones life is in jeopardy here, but you're offering a service where some members are paying a monthly subscription fee and the game is down for 10+ hours, two days in a row?! Personally, I'm not buying that this was a "planned" maintenance, rather this sounds more like a production outage that they're looking to resolve. Instead of providing spurious apologies, ZOS should give their subs some sort of compensation (an additional 500 crowns or something..) regardless of the fact if this was a planned maintenance or not.
I also understand that no company would want to air their dirty laundry in forum post, but for the love of god, show some sympathy here, especially for those of us who have been loyal subscribers since the original launch.
I agree with some sort of in game compensation, however I really want to see the MOP for this maintenance and see where they went wrong. I understand that this will happened, being an IT professional myself, but they need to have some sort of redundancy or a alternate back out plan versus marching ahead and making the outage longer than what is need. Yesterday the proved they really didn't know what they were doing, and again they went for round two.
