I'd also like to see the loading times when you enter another zone sped up. Made quicker. That might not be a problem on the Zenimax end of things, though.
As someone whose ISP connection is "DSL Light" and must use a computer without a video card, I'm used to lagging game play, even on the minimum graphics resolution, starting about 5pm and continuing until about 1am, being especially bad around the middle of that time (9pm EDT). During the laggy time, I switch to my farm-and-craft character and use the multicraft mod so I don't have to wear out my R key at the cookfire.
I do riskier stuff with my other main character from 1am until I'm too tired to play anymore, sometime after sunrise IRL.
The other big thing I'd like Zenimax to fix, if possible, is the delay in in-game mail delivery. You can speed up the mail by logging off and back on, or by wayshrining to another zone and back, but this is tedious - partly because of the long-wait loading screens.
I'm very disappointed nobody from ZOS mentioned they are fixing lag, loading screens etc. in this maintenance. I'd expect them to adress some of these issues during 14 hrs maintenance.

So basically a regularly scheduled maintenance turned into a combined 21 hours of downtime, that is serious mismanagement and poor planning. Thank you for confirming what has been speculated previously that ZOS is ran by amateurs trying to compete in a professional industry. 21 hours of downtime for any business is unheard of and the apathetic attitude to customers who pay for service regardless of the amount of the payment is just a poor customer service model. If this is your standard it's not looking good for longevity for this game. The competition for the gamers dollar is pretty high and service such as this will not allow it to sustain the fan base.

10 hours on Tuesday. 14 hours on Wednesday. 24, not 21. /nitpick

All this works fine in other MMOs, so for it to be an issue in ESO is definitely unacceptable.
