Not necessarily; Tripe is the lining from a cow's stomach. There are different names for the linings of the different stomachs of a cow. That recipe definately has some possibilities. Don't expect that one til they do an expansion into the catlands, but I have a couple characters that would use that one.

Not necessarily; Tripe is the lining from a cow's stomach. There are different names for the linings of the different stomachs of a cow. ✭Either the drop rate for Perfect Roe is going to have to SIGNIFICANTLY increase, or the food/drink using it needs to last upwards of a week once eaten, because who in their right mind is going to spend 10,000+ gold for food/drink only lasting 2 hours, and give up using the Perfect Roe for use in EXP potions?
I get that ESO is trying to create money sinks to pull gold back out of the economy in order to keep it stable, but only a complete idiot would use the new food/drink which requires Perfect Roe when they can use Blue or Purple food/drink over this silly Gold food/drink which only has an incremental increase in stats over its lesser versions, and zero increase in how long it lasts.
Now, if Perfect Roe is a typo, and the recipe is really meant to use regular Roe from fishing, then you've got yourself a winner!1 -

I noticed while playing PTS that the 4 recipes with a mixture of Health and regeneration boosts were obtained via quests. And they were not bound, hope this helps.Edited by Lady_Rosabella on October 27, 2015 6:32PM1
