Why would alchemy be used? This is a food and drink mix, not a potion.

Does that mean this food can be crafted by anyone ( for instance, someone who has no skill points invested in provisioning and has not levelled provisioning ?) ✭✭✭✭Those are great! The reason drinks are so unpopular in PvE is that you pretty much have to have food to acquire enough health to not get one shot constantly. And acquiring that health from anything other than food will gimp your DPS/HPS to the point where it is not worth the opportunity cost. These new recipes will give you the ability to not get one shot in dungeons. With that out of the way, you can then decide if you want more max magicka/stamina from traditional recipes or more magicka/stamina recovery from these new recipes. It is a real choice now instead of being forced into food because a certain minimum amount of health is absolutely required in dungeons.0
