Quick question to those kindly taking pts screenies for us.I see recipe improvement is 0. Does that mean this food can be crafted by anyone ( for instance, someone who has no skill points invested in provisioning and has not levelled provisioning ?)

Maybe this has something to do with scaling to any character. It would be interesting to see how those values change after the recipe is learned. It might be scaled to character with 'Known recipe".

Yes I'm wondering about this, too.
I'm also wondering if the recipe would level with the character it's learned on.
So if you got it on a new provisioner, would it scale as that provisioner levels his craft?

I wonder if they intend to sell some(lesser) version of this food in the crown store eventually?Or perhaps material packs for this? (Crafting mats already in crown store in form of malachite, gold scale incoming) Since it requires some of the rarer/more expensive/hard to obtain ingredients across multiple crafting professions?

That might make sense of the "Orsinium Supply" item seen here
