"Respec" is a term that has been used for many years in gaming.
It is short for "respecialize" or "respecialization".
"Respecification" is not even a word...
I know this doesn't really matter, but why invent a new word when we have an already existing word that adequately covers the meaning?

I stand corrected. Still think the other word would have been more suitable since that is the common term used as far as I know. But I guess it doesn't really matter.
