Thaumaturge: does it work??

Hi guys and gals,
I've scrolled through both Google and the forums to find an answer to this simple yes or no question.
When I add champion points into Thaumaturge, my damage for skills including "Poison injection", "Lethal arrow" and "Merciless Resolve" does not change in the tool tip. I want to know whether the tool tip is correct and Thaumaturge is broken or if it works and the tool tips need changing like all other champion points do.
Please help because basing a build on poison damage is pointless if thaumaturge is broken.

✭I tried Thaumathurge with Crystal Fragments (Sorc skill) and it worked. It will not change the value of the tooltip. You must attack something and then you'll be able to note the difference. DeanTheCat✭✭✭✭✭I can confirm that Thaumaturge works for Poison damage. The tooltip is simply not reflecting the additional damage. The only tooltip that is working correctly as far as I know are the tooltips for physical damage abilities. You'll have to manually add the % bonus to the tooltip to find the true value.Dean the Cat

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
