Is Power Bash CC bugged? @ZOS

I've been using it in organized PvP duels sicne PTS and all i've heard is that it's bugged and not working as intended. In open world PvP i've even gotten nasty PM's from other players getting upset over the CC, along with streamers that I have consistently beat in front of their viewers while using the skill. From what I have been told, while you are sliding you can not break the CC; however doesn't the CC from knockbacks such as dragon leap apply a similar effect? You can not break leap mid air or at least you won't fully break it till you land on the ground. Can anyone confirm if it's working as intended or anyone @ZOS ? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

You cannot CC-break the initial stagger animation of the ability, in addition to the stagger animation not granting CC-Immunity. It's one of the most bugged abilities in the game, right up there with Caltrops(Has there even been a patch where Caltrops wasn't bugged in some way?) and Rearming Trap.

... It's rather ludicrous when you combine the bugged Rearming Trap with Power Bash. The opponent literally cannot do anything as he eats Rearming Trap damage and constant bashes to the face.
