Oh, they wanne nerf it ?

Cool, at last there won't be a single healer class in this game anymore (which is by accident the only stamina supporting class too).

Time to craft my NB healer some VR16 Mara.
Nah, still need breath of life

Ok, then the game is still fubar, because I can't find that skill in my resto skill tree.

Healing Ward good for any non-templar healer... I hate it when people say Templars are the only healers I bet a DK could heal some of this new content much easier then a templar and still do as much if not more dps

It's good but not enough for Whitegold Tower and Prison and maybe even some "older" V16 instances on "gold" standard. Silver and normal is still cake.
I'm healing vICP and vWGT vet with my sorc just fine, even on no-death runs

Of course you do. You know that you need a group of four not just you standing in the entrance hall, spamming circles?
Lol, I'm not even using healing springs. ;)

Will I be able to forget all the wounds that pierce my flesh?
You and your childish justice. I'll rip it to pieces.
Come on, it's showtime. A rain of blood like a volcano
And now I'll blow all of you and you and you...
All to tiny pieces. All to tiny pieces.

Same, Springs isn't too good in these new dungeons - the group is on the move too much. I find Rapid Regeneration much more useful. The lazy heal.

I agree it is too soon to nerf the dungeons. Really they just needed to up the drop chance to make the current effort needed to finish them more worthwhile. I miss the days of training for weeks on end in Sanctum Ophidia before completing it. Now there isn't a single thing in the game that's difficult despite new content only being released a few weeks ago :( though I understand they are trying to please the majority. Still, there are guides online, videos on YouTube describing mechanics, groups willing to take on extras to show them how to complete each boss. It's too soon for a nerf. At least give it 2-3 months for people to try. Too late now I guess, damage from enemies is reduced, let's see whether they are a walk in the park now. I wonder if hard mode will still give 2 gold keys with the nerf bringing it more in line with other pledges.

Would be nice if they'd buy some other tool than a hammer, as everything must look like a nail.
    • They cranked the normal modes down too far (in one swift blow) and now the mobs melt even easier than some of the original group dungeons.
    • Implement a damn difficulty slider with loot/gold/rewards accordingly so all sides can have options. I'm so over them going one extreme or the other and ultimately 'breaking it' for one or more groups (of gamers).
    • If they can't manage that, make subtle changes, not the MMO Bipolar mood swings that seem to take place from one patch to the next.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Well....when all you have is a hammer....

I think the difficulty slider can be done quite well with phasing and imposing difficulty settings with group leaders. In fact, I'm pretty sure I've made that argument before.

I read everything and whereas i agree to your point of view . When you are passive agressive and say get your math straight... It would be betterto say that to someone with wrong math. Cause 2.25 pt per day is 200k per hour for 3 hour if you factor enlightment(what you have not done).when someone say X champ PER day it imply it. maybe you could have pointed what i misread.Or maybe you should have reread what you whrote.

This has already been dealt with a few pages ago, move on. Thank you.
(And no, nothing is ever "implied", when someone writes 900K in 3 hours is 200K/h that's obviously wrong. If another factor comes into consideration it needs to be stated. That person's math was wrong until he/she included that other factor. Still, that was settled long ago, you're not adding anything to it and it's already old).

You sure about that? I ran vet ICP last night for a quick daily run, and it felt like running normal mode. Barely take any damage anymore.

There is a difference imo. We struggled on weekend to complete it for hours, yesterday we had only 2 wipes until we were through. The damage spikes of the bosses were tuned down a good margin.

Imo the initial failure was to make the normal far too easy, normal mode was not hard enough to prepare people for the vet version. You don´t have to use a single boss mechanic to get through normal mode therefore people have to start to learn them in vet.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but ive run with Kyoma many times in these dungeons, Kyoma does a pretty sweet job being a Sorc healer. Its not about being Templar, its about being a competent player.

He should maybe up his Orb game a little more though ;) Haha
