Technically if you stack healing received armour with Argonian racials, with a major mending buff and champion points in both blessed and the healing received one with some decent heals then you probably have a decent build. It may not do much but stay alive, but will sure as he'll do that with about 90% heals. Unfortunately that is the antithesis of play as you want requiring quite specific skills and armour sets (and buffs that are not available to all classes).

When the only way to see you Race buff matter is stacking healing received and health. Then again with 6% heal thing received and 3% max health that build would be better with any other races so not even an Everlasting heals build cause you will be lacking stamina and magic. Not to mention the lack of spell and weapon damage with those builds so your own heals will be weak and you would be able to use them too much. You would need a healer at your back 24/7

I think it's 9% healing received and 6% max health now. Still not great..but a bit better.

I definitely agree that Argonians need some love, but I'd like to join your Argonian group session and throw in there that the revised Orc passive isn't cutting it either. It only applies to specific melee skills, meaning only three melee weapon skill lines and not even all the skills within that skill line benefit. Plus melee class skills don't benefit from Swift warrior (i've done extensive testing posted in another thread).

I hope they still plan to revisit the racial passives for both Argonian and orc.

Yea I saw that, and it sucks. It seems like an oversight that should hopefully be fixed. Really nice work testing that!

Hello @Kronuxx , this is why I created a model for a new class system that takes care of all races, especially Argonians, Nords, and Orcs. There are many things that could be improved. Haven't gotten any feedback from Orcs yet, though. I almost rolled an Orc this week but got the passives confused in my memory with Redguard. If they raise the character limit to 10 I will buy an extra one from the Crown Store and roll an Orc :)

The problem is, the Devs obviously think that potion drinking and a tiny bit of health are all it will take for people to flock to the scaly side.

The truth however is, with no cap it makes races with max to stamina or magicka MUCH more powerful than they were before (and having more health is not the same thing since you can't kill someone with health) Then there is stat regen bonus which is a nice secondary for those races that have it (or if you have both for a certain few)....what do we get again? Oh that's right a bit more health, regen more WHEN we drink a potion and we heal better when someone heals us.....AND swimming.

Sorry but compared to say HE that are magicka masters with 12% mag regen and +10% max mag (which also = more mag dam), we lizards are masters of.....nothing. We aren't even a jack of all trades.

All races should have comparable passives to that of the Imp since they are nothing special now.

As I have stated before zos clearly see healing received to be the Argonian equivalent of a racial maximum stat. However this only works for a few builds as an equivalent, for all other builds it makes little to no difference - and it is far harder to effectively maximise.

Nope, it was stated 2.1 would go live with the recent upgrades for the patch (giving extra max health and healing received) as is.

At least maybe with the extra 3% hp I can change over some attributes/enchants away from health and toward Stamina (or Magicka, thinking of switching it all up), so there's that I guess.

I have a VR14 Argonian DK, Templar, and NB as well as an Argonian Sorc waiting to finish leveling. Also have a VR14 Breton Sorc and an up and coming Reguard Templar. Love the Argonian characters, but I am not a skilled PvPer so I am not very good with them. Any tips for an Argonian NB?

    Haven't noticed anything.

I don't use pots, as i like high regen builds (and i'm a Templar, so if i need healing i don't really need a pot).
And i've been in IC a lot, so my 2% extra healing recieved gets nullified by the -50% healing Received from the PvP "buff".

Last but not least i'm not so numerical about my health, not really aiming for certain numbers or balancing Attribute points. Most of the time i throw everything in Magicka, and i don't even bother looking at my health at all, so i haven't noticed anything about that either.

    So... yea... really no impact.
I do hope they change on of buffs (not healing received one, unless we start talking about like 200-300%) into a health regen one.
Seems to be one of the only few things which isn't affected by the PvP, meaning that if your healing doesn't cut it your health regen might keep you alive.

Yeah, I'm really not liking the combat developers right now. The best thing we got was the 6% max health and we had to fight for that. I just don't see them really grasping the underlying causes of the racial passive imbalance. I guess it's put up with it, pray for changes, or reroll.

I'm so fed up with the developers... :s

If you have armor sets which have a health bonus set effect then that might be the cause.
Health bonus on set effects seem to have dropped with about 250-400 when talking about white items.
(My VR13 items had 1200 health bonus, or something along that line, now they won't reach the 900)

I can't understand the reason behind Argonians' awful passives.
