[ It's because of PVP, that a lot of things in PVE get nerfed (cough blocking and dodge roll cough).

Ummm.. NO. Its not because of PVP. Blocking got nerfed because of PVE.
Since you didnt read the comments above, this repeat commercial is for you:
Lets get this right. The Stamina nerf was NOT caused by PVP players. it was caused by thePVEers.https://youtu.be/KmdWFdS_Hg8

So you truly believe that it was the PVE'ers fault that blocking and dodge rolling was nerfed? Just because that's what a ZOS staff member said, after there have been numerous threads about how unfair it was for Dragonknights to block during PVP conflicts continuously, as well as Nightblades dodge rolling heavily with little to no consequence? You TRULY believe this? I would absolutely love to see some threads where people spoke negatively of the Dragonknight's ability to spam block in a PVE regards. Let alone how unfair it was with Nightblades with them dodge rolling in PVE. I really would like to see these threads. I want to see where these threads are where people say, "Dang, I really hate how the tank we have right now can block nonstop during this pledge we're doing. Gosh, it's so unfair." Where as I can link numerous threads of people complaining of it in a PVP regard. So please, do show me said source besides a ZOS developer claiming it was because of the PVE'ers.

Oh brother, you actually believe the stuff you just posted? The quotes you posted were complaints that ZOS received based on the changes that were made or being planned. They had NOTHING to do with the reasons those changes were implemented. I understand that ZOS wanted to end perma blocking/dodge rolling, but they didn't need to nerf every stamina build in the process.
For those of you who have ever played WoW and have done the holiday pvp achievements will understand this. If you had never done any pvp then it was a nightmare because you basically just feed the other team and spend most of your time dead. If you did pvp then you realize how boring it was to kill another player who has no idea what to do to fight back that you feel you may as well just be hitting a practice dummy because they don't fight back and die in 3 hits because they don't know how to defend themselves against another player.
I have a feeling that this is how the IC is going to play out most of the time.

They threathened ZOS with a Molog Bal takeover unless something was done . Who else had anything to gain from this inane change to stam regen in PVE??

Don't need to worry about that OP, ESO can't even do 'seasonal events' anyway
But seriously, I hear you. I hate being 'forced' to do any form of content in these games I don't want to do and as a console gamer, having the 'first' DLC for console being a PvP one was stupid on a level I can't even fully express.
But since the LFG tool in ESO is completely worthless anyway and console has no text chat, I can't really 'do' PvE in ESO either with any regularity.
FYI, no point comparing ESO to WoW in any context. WoW absolutely destroys ESO on so many levels concerning content, design, social interaction and quality of life functionality it's not really a comparison at all.
Plus, you're just going to get shouted down by fanboys anyway.
I have solved the IC problem for myself at least, I don't plan to buy it. I'm voting with my wallet.

I know I am going to get it once it stabilizes on console. But I'm not shortsighted enough to say I would never purchase the content.

I'm waiting to see what the next DLC for PvE players offers first.
Still not convinced this game is worth the long term investment yet.
Certainly looks pretty and runs nice, but I'm at a point already in the VR grind where if you're not a PvP player like me, the game is boring as hell.
Even their main free-to-play rival on Xbox has SOMETHING going on around the clock
In ESO I log in and do my daily writs, set my horse upgrade, check my auctions and basically log off.
I'd do the undaunted pledges, but I'm sick of trying to battle the broken LFG system in this game.
Other than that, all there is to do is go farm perfect Roe I guess?
Zzzzzzzz
