Server Issues - NA PC - Both Live and PTS

Anyone else having issues? Ping is through the roof, mobs moving in slow motion, skills not responding, lag will dissipate for a second and I'll get hit with 10 attacks at once, etc. Both Live and PTS. This is in PvE land, where I normally never see stuff like this.

Still going on and they are not going to do maintenance. There is a major problem right now. I have crashed multiple times today already. My symptoms are the same as the OP. I stop being able to use anything, the NPC's stop then I eventually crash to the login screen.

@ZOS you have a server issue right now please fix.

I have had lag spikes that make the game near UN-playable as everything around me stops for 10 seconds before resuming for 20. The cycle repeats. I seem to be having this on specifically one of my Characters. Is this @ZOS merely frowning upon his existence or is there something wrong with him?

Yep, this is all still going on for me.

The fact that there is no one on the forums here that work for the company to at least say hey, we see your complaints and are looking into it, pretty much sums up they don't give a flying .... about this game any more and are just trying to squeeze the last bit of money out of players as they can.

Right now, I can't stay connected for more than about a minute before my ping goes way up and I get dc'd

Also having the same issues. Both PvE and PvP. Connected for about a minute then intense ping and the game stops communicating with server.

What server is this happening on? (NA, PTS, or EU)
What operating system are you running on?
When did this first start, and did you have latency or lag issues at all previously?
If you can try, are you getting the same problem on a different server? (EU for NA players, etc)
Who is your ISP?
Have you submitted a ticket yet, and if so what is the ticket number?

Same issue.

Began yesterday late evening for me (MST) and has continued on until the present next morning. Connection is leaving me completely unplayable now. I can only get into my character selection, everything else i do eventually just times out.

I've reset my router and IP. I've opened my firewall. I've done a speedtest.net and everything on my end seems great. Has to be my eso connection only.

Having same issues for a few days, insanely bad today, cant stay connected. 20k+ ping and sometimes says it can't even retrieve the announcements.

^ I have also disabled all in game add-ons. Both Friend and I located in Canada have the same issue.

I am on NA server
I am running Windows 7 as my os
I have not previously had any issues with lag since BETA. It began yesterday evening (mst)
My ISP is Telus, I am located in Calgary Alberta Canada
I have not submitted a ticket. I am here in the forums.
speednet.net test shows 26mb down 7mbs up.
Firewall is OPEN
Router has been reset for IP renew.
No firmware update for router available.

*Update: Seems playable again suddenly. PR of 180 off and on however. Much better than before (20k+ PR)

First time since Beta on console I've had this issue, but for 2 days it's been impossible to play--dc, error 108, etc.

When I do get on, I've seen zone chat in DC NA console in Wayrest, Craglorn, and Grahtwood about massive latency and dcing from lots of players. Way more prevalent in zone chat than before.

What server is this happening on? (NA Pc/Mac)
What operating system are you running on? OSX 10.9.5
When did this first start, and did you have latency or lag issues at all previously? Aug 25/26, no latency issues beyond standard Cyrodiil stuff before
If you can try, are you getting the same problem on a different server? n/a
Who is your ISP? Shaw (Edmonton, Canada)
Have you submitted a ticket yet, and if so what is the ticket number? nope, can't connect long enough

Oh thank god it's not just me.

Since Aug 26 at around 1-2pm cst and now again today I am having nothing but problems connecting to the game. Error 200, error 108, and when I do manage to connect I will lag out and eventually get booted.

Server NA PC
OS Win 10 (64)
First started yesterday at around 1:00 pm, no lag at all previously
Also can not connect to PTS
ISP is Shaw Cable
No ticket yet

edit: just to add, can play other games, like GW2 just fine. Silky smooth.

Pretty much this for NA PC. Tracerts to Fla. TX. Va. and Cal where all good from NJ/ Comcast. Since you don't give us a test IP we can't provide you any feed back. Pings were up to 12k for me, Windows 8.1.

Was playing fine for about an hour there, from 12:00 to 1:10 pm CST. Then all of a sudden, kicked and can't get back on.

When did it start: Well it has sporadically been an issue, but it's been really bad ever since about an hour before the unscheduled server outage on 26/8
Different Server: Honestly I haven't tried, my EU install is not up to date
ISP: British Telecommunications (Infinity fibre optic)
Ticket Submitted?: No, difficult to stay connected for long enough.

I played briefly last night, seemed to be okay but today I have had bad lag, and now can no longer connect. I did get to character screen once.
I have never had lag before since this game came out. My internet is fine for other things.

My ISP is Rogers in Toronto, Canada.
Windows 10
No ticket since I cannot get in.
NA server.
The main screen shows "cannot get announcements" now as well.

Similar issues for me as well. I can get to the character select screen but it hangs on loading past that.

Seems I can't even get past the log in screen now. This problem seems to be hitting all servers in many locations. Quite widespread.

It is not my end. My pingtest is fine, browser works fine, other online games work perfectly.
