Not able to enter a single dungeon or trial with EU-char

Hi , i'm not able to enter a single group dungeon on pts atm if i am in a group of 4. its possible to enter as single person with a template char, but every attempt to enter as group ends with an endless loading screen of the dungeon- bug?

tried both: entering by teleport directly and going in front of dungeon door then entering, as long as it is a group that tries to ender everyone gets endless loading screens , no fun

    Had the same issue. I left it loading while going to the super market. When I came back, it said "logout due to inactivity". I retried loging in and it said "getting character information" or something...I started live client and did the daily and when I switched back, I was actually loged in.
    Jeckll has quit the game. Thanks for the great time.

    seems like serious bug or zos just hates eu-chars? i was rly looking forward to test with own chars the dungeons and trials , but due to that i'm rly frustrated right now

    I can't enter any outlaw refuge, endless loading screen... Probably the same issue.

    Same issue here. It ends into an infinite loading screen.

    same issue here, cant enter any of new dungs while grouped and its super anoying i rly wanted to try this out..

    tested entering trials grouped and as single person (SO,AA,HRC) couple of minutes ago - nope : endless loading screen :'(

    ok just tried to enter SO with a v16 template char: endless loading screen, whats going on? dungeon servers pts crashed????

    Im having the same problem. I cant enter a group dungeon, outlaw refuge, or dungeons in Craglorn.

    Same, our group wanted to do the White-Gold Tower last night but it was endless loading screens.

    Also I feel sorry for EU AD players since all the NA players creating templates went DC or EP since the AD templates didn't have any skills learned or morphable.

    I was able to get into the white gold tower and Imperial City Sewers. :)
