Issues Connecting to Console Megaservers - Info Requested

    Same thing as everyone else....
    Having issues since Friday night....everything else works fine so i know its not my internet connection....I dont think its windows 10 either because I had the box to download the new version for a while and the game was playing fine then.

    ZOS, Can you provide details on how this is being handled/investigated? I find it hard to believe that you guys are looking into fixing this problem. It seems you guys are waiting for the scheduled maintenance since it has been 4 DAYS without ESO.

    My guild paid 300,000.00 gold for a weekly vendor I missed half the week on. I'm the CO-LEADER (Furious Legions)
    I missed out on my exp potion by getting booted anytime I actually made it into the game.
    I used a lot of GOLD trying to travel since the game charges before a successful trip.
    I didn't get to play on my 3 day weekend. The only one of the year my kids had been away for camp.
    I wasted time calling your BS CS team.
    I wasted time trying to trouble shoot my connection.
    I wasted time trying to log on.
    I wasted my ESO + time.


    This is beyond insulting. How is it the EU server is fixed with promptness but the NA server is down STILL!!!

    If I cannot get on when I'm off work today I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB.


    I also want my gold and ect.. refunded.

    Really its the worst customer support that exist, 4 days without any notice, not even try to reset the servers, nobody take 5 minutes to explain what is going on, i already cancel my plus membership, so maybe if everyone do that they will care, for what send a ticket if they only put the same autoresponse everytime, they open a site in the forum for this but they don't give any notice.... really this company sucks

    8/10/2015 --- AGAIN Kicked out of game on load!!!!!

    I am sorry but this is POOR Customer SERVICE on ZOS part -- WE the players have done EVERYTHING you ask us - Why cant YOU do the same????

    This is totally unacceptable, I also find it disgraceful and disrespectful YOU fixed the EU server log in issue but here we are on the NA server and NO ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have not been able to enter the Wailing Prison on the North American server as of yet, which is disappointing because I just bought the game and still have not been able to play it at all as of yet. I am stuck at a loading screen indefinitely, and very rarely am I able to enter the Character selection menu. When that happens, I try to log in, but I am always kicked with the "invalid internet connection" system message like many other people. I have Xfinity Business, so it is not a problemwith my internet, since I can play GTA online any time of day with no problem.

    I have not created a ticket with customer service as of yet.

    About every 10 minutes I was kicked with a error saying I had no internet (which was not true). After waiting a few seconds I could log in again just to get kicked several minutes later. Also experienced lag of 5-20 seconds.

    I tried logging on friday and it just stays at login screen saying "loading" tried logging every day since to the same thing. No i havnt opened a ticket as i dont need an automated response telling me to reset my router or some BS like that. Glad i stopped paying the sub, this is getting ridiculous.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Early Sunday morning, yes later in the afternoon, however it dc's more then often. It seems to only be my new nightblade character, Domina Mortis

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? Yes just the one, hope no need for more. Just know I'm willing to be patient Bethesda, but you need to get Zenimax into gears yo. I'll die if I never see another elder scrolls again. Best of luck your friend, Animal Shapes. ;]

    A speed test as well as a ping test would show that your speed is slow if the Win 10 thing was the issue. Not sure about a speed test but a ping definitely. The way Microsoft is running Win 10 is complete bs though, using your computer as a file server for Win updates really is *** even if you can disable it. You guys should look that up btw if you have no idea about what I am talking about.

    Back to ESO, nice how the UK server is fixed (you know the one that has been working the whole time) but the NA server still no workie. Thanks alot for that ZoS.

    A speed test, or a ping is sending a small packet of data out to be returned to determine optimal speed, it doesn't show actual usage speed, it can however be found in your modems bios address, most keep a log but requires an admin password to view, which can he found in modem manual

    Xbox one stuck in elder hollow problem started Friday and is still an issue. It will not let me into the game at all... No I did not do a ticket cause of all the other people that were having the same problem...

    We're aware that many of you are still experiencing issues when attempting to log into the console megaservers. We don't currently have an update, but rest assured that we are still investigating. That said, we'd like to get some information from you that will assist us:
    • Which console are you on?
    • What is your geographic location?
    • What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game?
    • When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    • Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    We understand this is very frustrating, and appreciate your understanding and patience while we continue to dig into this issue. Moving forward, we'll provide any updates in this thread.

    Lol at this questions, first time i got kicked was the first day I started playing. Been kicked at least once a day everyday since. The game has been unplayable since Friday August 7th from around 9pm eastern

    Last action = zoning from Mournhold into the tribunal temple.
    First time disconnected = morning of 8/8/15
    Location of first disconnect = zoning from Mournhold to the Mournhold outlaw refuge
    Can I log back in? = If I log into the European server then log back into the North American server 75% of the time I can log back in. The first time I try to zone I'll be kicked again.
    Support ticket number =# 150809-004094 listed as solved, but it is not. Replied by email asking for further assistance.

    Since 8/8/15 I get disconnected while zoning 90% of the time with a message that I can't connect to the server, and need to check if I have a valid internet connection. In game voice chat continues to function during the long wait on the loading screen before being kicked. This issue never happened before 8/8/15.
    - My connection is good and passes all Xbox Live tests
    - My NAT is open
    - All relevant ports are open as instructed by the FAQ

    3. The last thing i was doing was moving from one location to the next where it requires a loading screen. The VERY last thing i did was help the queen in Auridon however when i was needed to go through a door requiring it to load the following area i was disconnected after a long loading screen.
    4. Either Friday or Saturday. I was on my Ebonheart character at the time trying to do a quest and couldn't load the next area. Disconnected and wouldn't let me get back to the character screen after a while.
    5. Yes i have, though i feel like it may have been buried at this point... # 150809-002576

    For a little extra details. I am having this occur on ALL characters. It seems to happen when an area is required to load, this includes loading the game to get to the character screen. I have been able to get onto a character a couple of times only to be kicked once again when trying to load an area.

    You guys really seem to derive a certain amount of joy in pissing off your customers. It's beyond I fathomable that you refuse to communicate and that you haven't even tried bringing down the servers for a reset. Just fix the fu**ing game already.

    p.s. It's not our internet. Stop asking us as if that's the problem. It's patronizing and comes off as stupid.

    I didn't get kicked, but I haven't been able to log in since Friday.

    I did not. I assumed that you guys were doing some kind of maintenance and went to play another game while I waited. Should I put in a ticket?

    ZOS - there are no words for my current disappointment. I simply do not even believe an attempt has been made to resolve this issue over the weekend. You guys have provided ZERO details of any kind of attempt. You have said you guys are investigating.

    FIX THIS S*** NOW!

    a lot of people have been calm and cool for days. I think its time for us to riot.

    If we all call demanding our money for this month's eso + and any crowns bought maybe they'll actually do something once money is coming out of pocket. I posted Friday for at least a server reset and there still on the fat ass's doing nothing.

    Friday Evening, unable to stay logged in. Sat morning, could log in but fast travel and Harborage loading screens would kick me out. Sun Morning, after a few attempts I was able to play mostly normal with a few times being kicked,

    All of which resulted in a main menu "Unable to connect" message.

    Yes, however the canned response referring me to the hardware manufacturer was sent.

    Started probably on Friday 8/7. I started getting disconnected when I was entering or leaving an outlaws refuge. Then it went to fast traveling at a wayshrine. Didn't matter which one. Now trying to login for the 12th time and my character is trapped inside an outlaws refuge. This is so awesome!!!!!

    It has intermittently allowed me back online, but the connection is sketchy at best.. since friday i havent been able to play for more than 10-15 mins at a time, with at least an hour+ of the game not allowing me to log back in, in between those short sessions..
