They stopped making visual enhancements even before vet level. Once you hit dwarven ore level (high 30's), your weapon/armor appearance is the same after that. Guess they ran out of ideas for enhancements on appearance.
What's weird is VR15 uses WAY less. I don't recall the piece, but something I checked took 15 mats for VR15 and 150 for VR16. I am hoping its a typo.

Errors like this in code should not be making it to the PTS. It is obvious they have no Quality Control department.
Hey guys don't forget that there are NO new raw material, only Refined version...(which you get from deconing stuff and buying 1 for 100 telvar stones...and it seems the drop from deconing is...almost 5% chance lol)

The thing that honestly cracks me up about this? The Vet 16 stuff isn't really that much better than the Vet 15. It's the same normal "one VR higher" change you get from going from 10 to 11, or 14 to 15.
Maybe it has some crazy scaling in the quality upgrades, but if that's the case, I'm not seeing it (obviously).
