That's the sneak attack proc along with the regular proc. I'd just chock this up to the guy being lucky/you being unlucky. Basically, the skill first checks if you are in sneak to activate the sneak proc, then checks again for the 4/15% for the regular proc. When both activates... Let's say the target doesn't live long.

It instakill proc. Not bother how much hp you have. First time it kill you light attack, second time it kill you dot proc.
Few times I was killed from 1 light attack. My death recap and CLS statistic was 800+ damage only and I die. Whith shiled-saving set (not working), tank build (tested about 31k hp) and active templar shield (that will be prevent critical but not working).
This skill (Camo hunter) is bugged as hell. Was before and be another 1.5 month after, befor update.
Using bugged skill exploit. But who cares. Now every second use exploits and ZOS don`t do anything.

na camouflaged hounter has two dmg effects, the granted proc from stealth is displayed with the actual icon while the proc upon 4/15% proc chance has the alternative icon.
